What are the forms of emotional education in schools?
Emotional education is a concept opposite to cognitive education and an important part of a complete educational process. Emotional education means that teachers should create a harmonious teaching environment conducive to students' learning, properly handle the relationship between emotion and cognition in the teaching process, give full play to the positive role of emotional factors, enhance students' positive emotional experience through emotional communication, cultivate and develop students' rich emotions, stimulate their curiosity and exploration spirit, and promote them to form independent and sound personality and personality characteristics. Emotional education is both a teaching model and a teaching strategy.

Mainly includes the following aspects.

1, life belief education. The fundamental problem to be solved by life belief is the ultimate value goal of life, which is used to judge and evaluate the value efficiency of people's behavior and thoughts. People's choice of any behavior and thought, likes and dislikes, depends on people's evaluation of the value and efficiency of these behaviors and thoughts. The ultimate value standard of life can affect people's value judgment of all valuable things relatively continuously, permanently and profoundly, thus having a profound and far-reaching influence on people's thoughts and behaviors, which will run through people's life. For example, if a person pursues the life purpose of "hedonism is supreme and everything is centered on me", his subjective value of things representing immediate interests, local interests and low-level material interests is higher than that of ordinary people, and he will pay more attention to the acquisition of immediate interests, local interests and low-level material interests, while ignoring the acquisition of long-term interests, overall interests and spiritual interests. "Struggle for communism all one's life" is a Marxist belief in life and belongs to the spiritual belief of people's high-level spiritual realm. Because it is far from people's real life and needs relatively abstract theoretical knowledge to understand, it is difficult to be accepted by ordinary people. Values education can help people to determine their own life beliefs and make the following guidance: First, people's sensory enjoyment and desire satisfaction are to guide people to correctly allocate their own resources in order to realize their maximum labor ability, so life can't blindly pursue sensory enjoyment and desire satisfaction and ignore the growth of personal labor ability; Second, the individual's labor ability is only an integral part of the collective labor ability, and the collective labor ability is an integral part of the social labor ability. Therefore, when there are contradictions and conflicts between individual interests and collective and social interests, we should handle them correctly; Third, people's value needs are multi-level. We should not unilaterally pursue low-level value needs and satisfy low-level subjective desires, but should consider development prospects, long-term vision and broad scope. Obviously, satisfying people's value needs of self-realization and self-development and contributing to the civilization and progress of the whole society and all mankind is the highest realm of life belief.

2. Pay attention to education. A person's value resources are limited. In order to maximize the development of their own essential strength, we need to understand and analyze the value characteristics of various things in the form of "values", so as to guide and control people to put limited value resources into reasonable fields, minimize the waste of value resources and realize the maximum growth rate of value resources. As the value rate is the most basic and important value feature of things, which determines people's likes and dislikes of things, then the value rate of things, as an objective existence, will inevitably be reflected in people's minds, forming a corresponding subjective reflection value-subjective value rate, which is the most basic and important content of values, determines and restricts other contents of values, and is therefore a basic component of values. Value education requires that people's values (that is, subjective value rate) must be consistent with the value characteristics of objective things (that is, objective value rate), so as to make correct value evaluation and value judgment on this basis, produce correct thoughts and behaviors, and produce the greatest value income. When the subjective value rate of a thing is greater than its objective value rate, people will over-expand, resulting in the waste of value resources; On the contrary, when people's subjective value rate is less than their objective value rate, people will suppress it excessively, which will also lead to the waste of value resources, both of which are not conducive to people's survival and development.

3. Moral quality education and laws and regulations education. Morality and laws and regulations are codes of conduct that regulate the interests between people. Their objective purpose is to optimize the allocation of social value resources, form a harmonious and orderly social environment, reduce social internal friction and improve social cohesion, so as to achieve the maximum growth rate of value resources. If a society does not have a series of "rules of the game" to restrain people's behavior and thoughts, it will be fragmented and it will be impossible to achieve an orderly and reasonable division of labor and cooperation. In addition, the higher the complexity of society, the more complex and diverse its "rules of the game". The formation of various "rules of the game" in society is often summed up through the experience and lessons of countless people and even the cost of blood in the process of solving various contradictions and conflicts in accordance with the principle of "maximizing the rate of sustainable value". When the value rate of a certain "game rule" in society is greater than the social average value rate, it will continue to expand and strengthen; When the value rate of a certain "game rule" in society is less than the average value rate of society, it will continue to decay and weaken. Values education requires people to abide by moral norms, laws and regulations, and form a harmonious, stable and orderly social environment, which is conducive to social development and progress and the maintenance of personal interests.

4. Political and ideological education. The value theory tells us that any social thing depends on its value rate. A political theory can correctly guide people's political behavior and produce greater social benefits only if it reflects social interests, political voices of the masses and conforms to the law of social development. A political party must represent the development requirements of social productive forces, the direction of advanced culture, and safeguard the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the people, in order to have a greater value rate, form a vigorous vitality, and win the support and love of the broad masses of the people; The value of a country lies in safeguarding the interests of its own people. On the one hand, the formation of patriotic consciousness needs to give full play to the functions of the state and constantly enhance the internal cohesion of its own people; On the other hand, the enhancement of patriotism in turn promotes the full play of state functions.

5. Emotional education. The essence of values is the absolute subjective reflection of human brain on the value relationship, while the essence of emotion is the relative subjective reflection of human brain on the value relationship. It is a subjective reflection of the value rate of things based on personal value characteristics. The strength of emotions mainly depends on the difference between the value rate of things and the average value rate of individuals. It is a subjective reflection of the difference in the value rate of things. The dynamic characteristics of emotion (such as intensity, stability, detail, hierarchy, efficiency, periodicity, sequence and difference) depend on the changing characteristics of value relationship. Value education requires that people's emotional intensity and its dynamic characteristics are consistent with the value relationship and its changing characteristics of things: if people's emotional intensity is greater than the image value of objective value, it is usually characterized by rough attitude, impatience and poor restraint; if people's emotional intensity is less than the image value of objective value, it is usually characterized by weakness, laxity and lack of combat effectiveness; If people's emotional stability is greater than the value stability, it is usually manifested as rigid thinking, conservative behavior, complacency, single interest and other shortcomings. If people's emotional stability is less than value stability, they usually show some shortcomings such as changeable thoughts, weak will, impermanence of joy and changeable interests.

6. Consciousness education. Value education advocates "let students develop actively", respects students' dominant position, arouses students' enthusiasm, stimulates students' consciousness, creates independent development space for students, and enables students' personality to develop fully and freely. According to the unified theory of value, people's consciousness means that people have a clear purpose of behavior, a firm pursuit of faith, a clear principled stand and an unambiguous standard of right and wrong. People's behavior has a preset, clear and stable goal orientation from beginning to end. It is achieved by establishing and locking the neural connection between the exciting focus of complex behavior and the exciting focus of behavioral goals through the brain, which makes people's random actions have clear and powerful binding force, so as not to become rambling and blind. Improving the stability of people's value judgment standards is conducive to enhancing the order of people's behavior and thinking and promoting the maximization of their value rate.

7. Create education. The unified theory of value holds that information is the fundamental source of value appreciation. Without information injection and information generation, any production system can only convert the form of value at most, without any value increment. In fact, the process of human innovation is the process of information production and the process of value creation in essence. Only by constantly enhancing one's creativity can one truly and effectively improve one's labor ability, and only by constantly improving one's creativity can a society provide inexhaustible motive force for the appreciation of social wealth.
