I. Basic principles

If the accompanying children who are not registered in Haicang District of Xiamen want to participate in the integral enrollment in Haicang District, their living conditions in Haicang District should be provided with electronic proof of residence by the community (village) neighborhood committee where they live.

Three. Integral items and calculation methods

Admission points are calculated according to migrant workers' social security points and stable residence points, with a total score of 1 15 (according to relevant regulations, individual births are no longer included in the points system).

2. If both parents of the accompanying children live in Xiamen (the deputy applicant must have a residence record in Xiamen for nearly 6 months) and work, one party can calculate the points for the main applicant and the other party is the deputy applicant. Every year (12 months) when the deputy applicant has participated in social insurance in Xiamen, the score will be 2 points. If it is less than 12 months, the score will be calculated according to the actual month/12 months *2 points. The cumulative score will be subject to the actual payment month, and the score will not be calculated for the month that has applied for surrender payment. The full score of this item is 10.

(two) stable residence points (total score of 57 points)

1. If the parents (principal applicants) of the accompanying children have lived in Xiamen for one year (365 days), score 2 points; If it is less than 12 months, the score will be calculated according to the actual residence days /365 days *2 points, and the cumulative score will be subject to the actual residence days. This item is out of 24 points.

2. If the parents of the accompanying children buy complete sets of commodity housing with living conditions in Haicang District (the housing purpose should be "residential"), and the parents account for more than 50% (excluding 50%) of the housing property rights, score 24 points; If the same property is jointly owned by the parents of the accompanying children, the property rights of husband and wife can be calculated together. If you own multiple properties, only one will be counted.

3. If one of the parents (the principal applicant) of the accompanying children lives in Haicang District and pays social insurance, the accumulated points will be 1 for every full year (12 months), and the actual number of months/12 months * 1 for those less than one year.

Fourth, the overall ranking method

The applicant's total score should be accurate to two decimal places (rounded off). When the scores are tied, they are sorted in the same way according to whether they buy a house in Haicang District, the years of social security payment in Xiamen and the years of residence in Haicang District.

Before July 30th, the Education Bureau of Haicang District will rank the points in the whole district according to the principle of "giving priority to the points and following the wishes", and complete the enrollment of the children who move with them in public and private schools in Haicang District at the same time, and announce the admission results on the "ixixiamen" one-stop comprehensive service platform.

8. Registration

From July 3 1 day to August 1 day, the children who have been admitted to public and private schools will register. Those who fail to register within the time limit are deemed to have voluntarily given up studying in public and private schools in Haicang District.

(5) Establish a credit system for integral admission. Incorporate the integral enrollment of the accompanying children into the credit system construction of the education system.
