Binzhou university, located in Binzhou City, Shandong Province, is a full-time undergraduate college sponsored by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and approved by the Ministry of Education. Co-built by Shandong Provincial Department of Education and Binzhou Municipal People's Government, it is a Grade A engineering construction unit awarded a master's degree in Shandong Province.

The predecessor of the college is Beizhen Normal School, which was founded in 1954. 1983 was renamed Binzhou Normal University; In May 2004, with the approval of the Ministry of Education, it was rebuilt into binzhou university. 202 1 1, the school was approved as the first batch of supporting units for the construction of application-oriented undergraduate colleges in Shandong Province. 202 1 10, the school officially became a master's degree awarding unit.
