Reflections on the teaching of large classes in kindergartens [4]
# Parenting Education # Introduction Kindergarten is a happy world for children, which can help children spend their childhood healthily and happily, not only to learn knowledge, but also to get in touch with collective life from childhood. The following are four reflections on the teaching of large classes in kindergartens, hoping to help you educate your children.

Reflections on the teaching of large classes in the first kindergarten.

This is a big music class "Xiaomi Drum". In today's activities, the children performed very well. They not only learned songs, but also expressed them with their body movements when singing. Judging from the effect of the whole activity, the children are full of interest and enterprising, and have achieved the teaching goal of this activity. In the activity, the children's favorite musical instrument, the small drum "singing", was introduced into the activity, which stimulated their interest in learning. I combine learning to sing with interesting scientific inquiry activities, so that children can feel and experience the physical phenomenon of the relationship between the different strength and frequency of drumming and the dynamic changes of small particles on the drum surface, gain knowledge and experience, effectively help children understand and remember the lyrics, and avoid blunt explanations of the lyrics. In addition, I let the children imagine, operate and experience boldly in the links of "How can a small drum sing" and "The beating of light and heavy drums causes the change of rice grains", which provided a stage for the children to explore and express themselves. Secondly, it is the organization of teaching. During the whole activity, I pay attention to the method of game teaching, which is static and dynamic, step by step. In the activities, we pay attention to the form of games throughout, so that children can play in learning and learning, fully mobilize children's participation and enterprising spirit, better achieve teaching objectives, and fully reflect the fun brought by happy teaching to children. For example, playing rice dance games, and finally "I am a drum, you are a millet", the children are very happy, while playing, they experience the dynamic relationship between the weight of drums and millet. In terms of children's operation and feeling the vibration of drums, all children are not considered, only some children come up to operate, and other children are bystanders and have no personal experience. The "Outline" points out: provide rich and operable materials for children, so that every child can explore the conditions of supply activities by using a variety of senses and ways, so that every child has a chance to try. "Originally, I wanted to prepare more drums to give every child a chance to try, but I was worried that the children would be confused and the scattered rice on the ground would divert their attention, so I cancelled this idea. At this moment, it is not worth the loss to stifle children's desire to explore just to keep teaching orderly. In the final game session, children could have been invited to play in groups of three or five, one was a drummer and the other was Xiaomi, and then the protagonists were exchanged, so that children could fully experience the joy of the game. At that time, those who only studied teaching should not delay for too long and ignore the interaction between students, which should also be paid attention to in future activities.

Reflections on the teaching of large classes in the second kindergarten

Children's thinking is concrete. In the process of learning, we should focus on the obvious characteristics of things, which is easy to form a stereotype. But the understanding of geometric figures is often too monotonous and abstract. Therefore, our teachers should be close to children's lives in the choice of teaching materials, which not only makes children interested in things and problems, but also helps to expand their experiences and horizons. So, today I launched a language teaching activity "square face and round face". First, I show the flip chart and ask the children to observe the flip chart to stimulate their interest. There is a family at the foot of the mountain. Let's see who lives in this family. Then I told a complete story for the first time, and let the children discuss: What do square-faced old men and round-faced old women like? After the story is familiar, I show the wall charts one by one and tell the story completely to help children understand the story information.

Please tell the children that the old man and the old woman are quarrelling and are going to break up. What do they want? Did the old man and the old woman finally split up? Why do they forget the feeling of encouraging children to communicate and read with each other? Finally, children talk about what other objects in the surrounding environment are square and round, and what other things around us are round and square? What shape have I seen?

Reflections on the teaching of large classes in the third kindergarten

Children often see objects falling freely, but they don't understand the "mystery". The scientific activity "falling 100%" guides children to be interested in the imagination of falling objects through demonstration, observation and experiment, and has a preliminary understanding of the inevitability and direction of falling. In this activity, I let the children know the falling phenomenon of objects through experiments. In the first part, when I showed my homemade "wheel" teaching aid, the children were very interested. When they saw the objects in the teacher's hands fall to the ground, they talked about "things will fall to the ground as soon as the teacher lets go" and "the teacher should pick them up" ... Seeing that the children were very interested, I told them the inevitability of falling in time and realized the existence of gravity. At the same time, during the activity, I talked about the earth sucking everything away from me. Some children asked, "Then why can planes and birds fly in the sky?" When they realized that it took a lot of "strength" to get off the ground, the children became interested in hot air balloons again. At the beginning, you talk about hot air balloons one by one. "Do hot air balloons fly by pressure?" "The fire in the hot air balloon went out and it fell." "Hot air balloons don't suck."

The last link "Beautiful Falling Road" experiment, I will show it to children first. I saw that the children were very interested, so I let them operate by themselves. The children carefully watched how their "road" fell, carefully experienced the fun of the operation, and further felt the inevitability of falling objects during the operation.

Reflections on the teaching of large classes in kindergartens

In sports activities, children like to compete on swings, especially girls. At every activity, I can see the children competing to play on the swing. To this end, I made a rule with my children, that is, each person can swing for 30 times, and then come down and change people after 30 times. However, this regulation does not fundamentally solve the problem of children's competition. In order to find the real problem, in an outdoor activity, I asked to line up with my children to play on the swing, and the children happily agreed. When I was sitting on it, a child came and gave me a push, and a child behind me began to count. My feet began to swing at one o'clock. Wow, that feels good. No wonder children love breaking the rules and refuse to come down. No, no, and the counting frequency is also wrong. Why so soon? It seems that I only swung 15 times, and suddenly it reached 26, so I had to get off quickly. I used to tell the children many times not to push the swing, but the children never listened. I played with the children and found that the children love to push, so that the children above can come down early. After such an experience, I really found the reason. There are still many problems behind the routines and disciplines that teachers think are reasonable. The fundamental reason is that we don't bend down to participate in activities with children equally, or we don't look at the contradictions in some activities from the perspective of children's activities. In the activities after the experience, I challenged the children to activities and told them the slogan "I can only be happy if I swing, and see who is the best". Under my guidance and promotion, the children gradually formed a good activity order, and the waiting children cheered for the children on the swing, which not only exercised the children's activity skills, but also established a good activity order and eliminated the necessary safety hazards.

Reflection: Why do I always feel that children at the moment are so naughty and obedient? Sometimes I always feel that children love to violate the rules, but also knowingly commit crimes. When I turn myself into one of them to feel their life and participate in their activities, I will have a feeling that I have never experienced as a class teacher.

This also allows me to constantly adjust my attitude and methods to the problems existing in children's activities from the perspective of children in the future class management. For example, there are many children who don't sleep or sleep late in the afternoon nap. I used to remind my children to go to bed quickly. After experiencing with children, I found that the reason why children can't sleep is not only that some children like to play, but also many factors such as noise, light, smell, temperature, mosquito bites and so on. As a teacher, I should try my best to eliminate these factors instead of blaming the children for not sleeping.

Let's understand and respect children, meet their ever-changing needs and grow up happily with them!
