Brief introduction of Baotou steel experiment;
The experiment of Baotou Steel is small, and the original Baotou Steel is fourteen. Founded in 1968, 1988 was designated as an experimental primary school. It is the first batch of compulsory education demonstration and experimental schools in the autonomous region. 1999 merged with Baotou Steel No.6 Primary School and was incorporated into Kunming Education Bureau in 2005. The school is divided into east and west campuses, with a total area of 20088 square meters, with complete functions and facilities. There are 62 classes, with 32 students10 and 67 teachers10.
The school has always adhered to the educational character of "being honest, seeking truth, pioneering and innovating", the educational responsibility of "keeping pace with the times", the educational spirit of "developing independently and surpassing oneself", the guiding ideology of "facing all, developing in an all-round way, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and developing their individuality", and implemented three major projects of "improving taste with thoughts, forging brands with actions and interpreting quality with images".
The first batch of characteristic schools for mental health education, demonstration schools for film classes, advanced schools for moral education, excellent demonstration schools for English project research, national youth science and art education practice base, youth civilization and etiquette education demonstration base, and national red flag brigade. 23 times to exchange achievements in the whole country and autonomous regions, 22 times to host on-site education conferences at or above the municipal level, and more than 300 times to receive educational exchange activities at home and abroad.
