Li Yixue's Major Academic Achievements
Since 1997, we have been engaged in the development and research of software related to DNA sequences, especially the statistical correlation algorithm of time series, by using neural networks, statistical physics and other methods. A large-scale expert system for automatic sequencing and analysis of DNA sequences independently developed is named Li-Tracker, which is used by scientific research institutions in Germany, France, Norway and biotechnology companies such as LION Bioscience. The spread and variation of SARS virus were summarized at the gene level, and the immune polypeptide sequence of 18 was found, which was used for the detection and treatment of SARS virus and made an important contribution to the development of anti-SARS drugs and vaccines. Took the lead in undertaking the "one network and two databases" project, which was listed as a major industrialization project to revitalize the city through science and education. After more than two years of construction, the system has 6TB of information on various scientific and technological resources, with more than 6.5438+0.9 million visits and 222,000 foreign services, which are widely radiated to the Yangtze River Delta region, effectively promoting the development of scientific and technological innovation and knowledge services in this city and the Yangtze River Delta region.

After returning to China in 2000, he successively presided over and undertook a major project in the field of biotechnology "Bioinformatics Database Development and Construction" under the National Ninth Five-Year Plan 863. As the chief scientist, he presided over the major research project of "Important Basic Theory and Application of Bioinformatics" of Chinese Academy of Sciences; National 973 project "Genome Bioinformatics Related to Major Diseases in protein"; Shanghai Institute of Life Sciences, China Academy of Sciences, etc. Over 60 papers have been published in recent five years, including Science, Natural Genetics, Natural Biotechnology, Ongene, PNAS, Bioinformatics, etc. The total impact factor of the paper is more than 200 points, and it has been cited more than 400 times. A total of 8 invention patents were applied, and software copyrights were obtained 15.
