What are the five normative functions of education law?
Legal analysis: the normative function of law is divided into five aspects: first, the guiding function. This means that law, as a code of conduct, provides people with a certain behavior pattern, guides people to do this, must do it or not, and thus affects the behavior of the actor himself. Second, the role of evaluation. This means that law, as a social norm, has the function of judging and measuring whether other people's behavior is legal or effective. Third, the role of education. This means that through the implementation of the law, legal norms will directly or indirectly induce people's future behavior. Fourth, the predictive role. This means that people can estimate in advance how the parties will behave and the legal consequences of their actions according to the provisions of legal norms, so as to make reasonable arrangements for their actions. Fifth, the mandatory role. This refers to the use of state coercive power to sanction and punish illegal acts to ensure their full realization. The compulsory function of law is the guarantee of other functions of law.
