How to evaluate teachers' professional titles
The evaluation of teachers' professional titles refers to the evaluation methods of teachers' professional titles in China. There are five grades from senior professional titles to ranks, which are senior teachers, senior teachers, first-class teachers, second-class teachers and third-class teachers in turn, corresponding to senior, deputy senior, intermediate, assistant and rank.

(1) three-level teacher evaluation: graduated from college, and the probation period of primary and junior high school education and teaching posts 1 year expires; Or have graduated from a secondary normal school and passed the 1 year probation period in the primary education and teaching post.

1. Published 2 papers independently in provincial academic journals as the first author;

2. Participated in editing and included in the plan, and 1 textbook was officially published;

(2) Second-level teacher evaluation: master's degree; Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, the probation period expires 1 year and passed the examination; Or have a college degree and have taught in primary and junior high schools for more than 2 years; Or have graduated from a secondary normal school and have taught in the post of a third-level primary school teacher for more than 3 years.

3. Participate in 1 provincial scientific research projects;

(3) First-class teacher evaluation: having a doctorate; Or have a master's degree, and have taught in the post of second-level teacher for more than 2 years; Or have a bachelor's degree or bachelor's degree, and have been teaching in the second-level teacher position for more than 4 years; Or have a college degree and have taught in primary and junior high school teachers for more than 4 years; Or graduated from a secondary normal school, and has been teaching as a secondary teacher in a primary school for more than 5 years.

1. Published 2 papers independently in provincial academic journals as the first author;

2. Participated in editing and included in the plan, and 1 textbook was officially published;

3. Participate in 1 provincial scientific research projects;

(4) Senior teacher evaluation: having a doctoral degree and teaching in a first-class teacher position for more than 2 years; Or have a master's degree, bachelor's degree, bachelor's degree, and have taught in a first-class teacher position for more than 5 years; Or have a college degree, engaged in primary and junior high school teachers teaching for more than 5 years. In principle, urban primary and secondary school teachers should have more than 1 year teaching experience in weak schools or rural schools.

1. As the first two authors, he published papers in domestic core journals and national authoritative newspapers 1; Or independently publish 3 papers in provincial academic journals as the first author;

2. As the top three authors, I have published professional works or translations 1 article (I have completed no less than 60,000 words); Or participate in the preparation and inclusion in the planned official publication 1 textbook (I finished the whole book1/4);

3. As the top 3, complete the provincial scientific research project 1; Or as the top 2 to complete 1 municipal and departmental scientific research projects;

(5) Senior teacher evaluation: Generally, you should have a bachelor's degree or above, and have taught in senior teacher positions for more than 5 years.

Subordinate personnel meet the following conditions and standards:

1. Published 2 papers in national journals independently or as the first author, or published core journals by independent authors 1;

2. Independently publish 1 this specialized monograph or translation, or 1 this planned textbook as the first author's editor (I finished the whole book1/4);

3. As the top 2, complete provincial or national projects 1; Or presided over the completion of 2 municipal and departmental projects.
