Why do you say that? Judging from the current class management, the head teacher, as the core figure in class management, is basically the responsibility of the head teacher. The class spirit of a class and the children's learning state are not directly determined by the head teacher, but the class management concept and mode of the head teacher will profoundly affect the classes and children he leads.

Since I set foot on the podium, I have been working as a class teacher, and the hard work of this position is self-evident. Class work should be managed to every detail. Looking back on the work of the head teacher for more than ten years, I am conscientious, like a diligent ox. Therefore, it has won the love of children and the recognition of parents.

I often wonder why our parents were respectful to us when we were children's teachers. When we stop teaching children, the relationship between teachers and parents becomes strange. I think there are many reasons for this, but I think as long as we treat students and parents sincerely, we can have a clear conscience even if we stop educating our children.

Besides being sincere, I also want to learn more communication skills with my parents. With the development of the times, the parents we face are also changing. Their educational concepts and methods for children are changing. If we don't study, maybe there will be some problems in our communication.
