Xingtai No.5 Middle School, located in Xindu District of Xingtai City, is a full-time public high school directly under Xingtai Education Bureau and a demonstration key high school in Hebei Province.

In August 2020, the official website of the school showed that the school covers an area of 1 10 mu, with a building area of 60,000 square meters. There are 106 classes with more than 5600 students and 530 faculty members.

The school has a high-standard teaching building, audio-visual education center, science and education center, information center, office building, staff dormitory, student apartment and sports ground. It is equipped with five special computer rooms for students, four electronic lesson preparation rooms for teachers, closed-circuit television teaching system, satellite ground station and multimedia campus network.
