1. School-age children and adolescents in Nan 'an city who are studying in public schools under their jurisdiction. The District Education Committee will co-ordinate the delineation of compulsory education school enrollment areas and primary and junior high school enrollment areas to ensure that school-age children and adolescents with household registration in Nan 'an can enter the school nearby without trying.

2. Children of owners of public rental housing projects attend school. Children of guardians who apply for compulsory education and live in public rental housing projects shall be arranged by the District Education Commission.

3. Children of floating population attend school. Adhere to the "two-oriented" and "two-inclusion". All schools should set the integral conditions reasonably according to the actual situation in accordance with the enrollment method of the accompanying children, so as to ensure that the accompanying children who meet the basic requirements of the Provisional Regulations on Residence Permit have books to read.
