If a student really needs to transfer due to family migration or other legitimate reasons, it shall be handled according to the following procedures: (1) The parents of the student go to the school where the student attends to request transfer, and the school will issue a transfer contact letter according to the parents' requirements. (2) Parents apply for transfer to the county-level education administrative department with the transfer contact letter. (3) The education administrative department at the county level in the transfer place shall, in accordance with the relevant provisions, issue a notice of transfer and a notice of transfer registration to eligible students. (4) Parents of students go through the transfer formalities at the original school with the student transfer letter, and go through the transfer registration formalities at the transfer school with the transfer registration notice. 2. The transfer students' school registration materials are handed over according to the following procedures: (1) The transfer students or their parents send a transfer letter to the transfer school; (2) According to the student transfer letter, the transfer-out school will send a copy of the student evaluation form (stamped with the school seal) to the transfer-out school within 10 working days, or send it to the parents of the transfer-out students with a file bag sealed and sealed. (3) Transfer-in and transfer-out schools will report the roll-out students to the student roll-out audit unit for the record within 20 days after the start of the new semester. Without the approval of the higher education administrative department, the school shall not accept students who have transferred to other schools, nor shall it refuse or postpone forwarding a copy of the student evaluation form for any reason. 3. Students studying in special schools or taking other rescue and education measures need to be transferred back to ordinary schools, and their parents, with the approval of the county-level education administrative department, will be transferred back to the school where their original student status is located. If you want to transfer to another school, it shall be handled according to the general transfer procedure. Schools should incorporate them into the corresponding grades according to the principle of grade cohesion. 4, approved to recruit children and adolescents to participate in professional training of social organizations such as literature, art, sports, etc., and their children and adolescents who implement compulsory education by themselves need to be transferred to full-time ordinary primary and secondary schools and special education schools, parents or social organizations who implement compulsory education by themselves shall apply to the education administrative department at the county level where the school is located, and after approval, they shall be issued with the Letter of Student Transfer and the Notice of Transfer Registration. Parents of students go through the transfer formalities with the student transfer letter to the social organization where the student originally attended, and go through the transfer registration formalities with the transfer school with the transfer registration notice. Schools should choose appropriate grades for admission according to students' actual academic level and after soliciting opinions from students themselves and their parents.
