In yesterday's New Knowledge Action, we talked about understanding life. Here, let's talk about knowing ourselves again.
Jung, a psychologist, once said, "Awareness is healing." When we realize our own or inner problems, it is time to cure ourselves.
Sometimes, we will be annoyed by our choices and what we have done. This kind of inner suffering and struggle will always come to a sudden attack from time to time, which will make us hard to prevent.
How to face yourself frankly, face yourself squarely, forgive yourself and accept yourself?
We should know ourselves, find a quiet time, take a notebook and a pen, calm down and take a good look at our past until the end of this business.
The problems to be considered include the time of our birth, family, education, information sources (what are the ways and means to obtain information resources) and so on.
Sister Mu Xin said, "The quality of a person's information source determines your cognition, which in turn determines your actions, habits and other aspects."
Regarding the understanding of this sentence, Sister Mu Xin recommended us to read two books, Lack and the Essence of Poverty.
Through this process, in the end, we will find that even many years ago, we will still make the same choice, because this is the best choice we can make in that environment.
Sister Mu Xin once said a golden sentence to heal the soul: "You are the best now, so don't always compete with the past."
We do this not to let ourselves find reasons to blame the environment or others, but to look at ourselves calmly. Don't let yourself constantly generate emotional internal friction in regrets and troubles, which will disturb our thinking, cognition and judgment.
Let's focus more on construction and creation, and strive steadily for a better tomorrow.
