At present, the lack of a unified credit file system in China is one of the reasons for the lack of integrity. With the further improvement and development of the market economy, it is imperative to establish and improve the credit system of the whole society according to law and strengthen the credit management of the government, individuals and enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a unified national credit file system, and on this basis, formulate laws and regulations on credit file management, and gradually improve the construction of China's credit system.
In September, 2002, Shanghai began to try out the honesty report. Graduates from technical secondary schools, higher vocational colleges and universities should not only bring their resumes when looking for jobs, but also add a personal integrity report issued by authoritative institutions, joint schools, internship units and other departments. The contents recorded in this report will become one of the necessary conditions for recruiting units to inspect candidates. This is a good method and attempt.
(B) to strengthen the integrity education in colleges and universities
1. Teachers set an example, expose and crack down on academic corruption, reshape academic justice, and set an example of honesty for college students. Teachers are people who preach, dispel doubts and give lessons, are concrete organizers and implementers of educational activities, and are role models for students. Teachers should take the lead in what students are asked to do. However, some teachers do not pay attention to honesty in actual teaching and scientific research activities, which has a very bad influence on college students. Only by setting an example can teachers receive good educational results. Therefore, honesty education should be listed as the primary content of teachers' morality education. Only by building a team of college teachers with decent style of study and excellent teaching and research ability can we really do a good job in honesty education for college students.
2. Carefully organize college students to carry out honesty education activities and develop rich campus culture to guide them. For example, we should not sell newspapers, hold discussions on honesty and anti-honesty, conduct honesty essay-writing activities, make a contest on honesty-themed web pages, take an oath of honesty for the whole people, and publish dishonest behaviors regularly, so as to create an atmosphere of honesty learning on campus.
3. The whole society takes action to promote the culture of honesty and rebuild the atmosphere of honesty.
① Strengthen the construction of government credit. The dishonesty of the government will have a bad influence on the reconstruction of the integrity culture of the whole society, and will have a bad guidance and demonstration effect on the general public, especially college students. Therefore, we should actively advocate the government's honest administration and create honest governments at all levels to carry out honest education, which is more convincing.
(2) Advocating honesty culture and resisting anti-honesty culture. There is a great lack of social honesty behavior, and the lack of honesty culture is one of them, while various anti-honesty cultures are quite active. For example, under the support of anti-honesty culture, plagiarism and cheating in exams are repeatedly prohibited, and plagiarism and cheating are generally not considered shameful by students but regarded as exciting adventure games. Therefore, all sectors of society should vigorously advocate the culture of honesty. At the same time, the advocacy of honesty culture should be combined with innovation consciousness, and a new honesty culture should be created on the basis of inheriting fine traditions and absorbing the essence of honesty culture at home and abroad.
To sum up, in the era of rapid social change, the concept of honesty needs constant innovation and keeps pace with the times. We should inherit and carry forward Chinese traditional virtues, learn from excellent moral standards at home and abroad, carefully analyze negative cases of dishonesty in real society, set an example of honesty, and help college students firmly establish a sense of honesty. The more perfect the students' sense of honesty is, the deeper they will understand the meaning of honesty in their actions, and they will consciously act according to the correct principles of honesty. In this way, college students' honesty education will inevitably receive good results, and the goal of building a harmonious socialist society will be realized faster.
