I. Nature of the recruiter
The Civilian Personnel Management Center of Dalian Public Security Bureau is a fully funded institution approved by the Office of Dalian Organizational Establishment Committee (No.2010202). The staff employed by the center are engaged in auxiliary work in the subordinate departments of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, and are managed in accordance with the Regulations on Personnel Management of Public Institutions (Order No.652nd of the State Council) and the relevant provisions of our city.

Third, the recruitment qualifications
(1) The applicant must be at least 18 years old and have People's Republic of China (PRC) (PRC) nationality.
