How to be a teacher who meets the requirements of the times
Art class is an education to cultivate students' ability to express beauty and create beauty. Art can help students establish a correct aesthetic view and cultivate their ability to appreciate and create beauty. What kind of art class is good? How can I have a good art class? I got some enlightenment from practice again and again. First, the basic qualities that art teachers should have under the new curriculum. No matter how the new curriculum reform is changed or "new", it is also inseparable from the guidance of teachers. For art courses, the role of teachers is particularly important. Therefore, as the basic quality of art teachers in the curriculum reform, they are facing the challenges of the new curriculum and put forward higher requirements for teachers' ability. To have a good art class, the prerequisites are: familiarity with teaching materials, preparation of students and design of teaching. 1. Establish an educational concept centered on student development. The curriculum reform of basic education first emphasizes the change of educational concept. Traditional teaching is used to organizing teaching with teachers as the center, books as the center and classrooms as the center, which ignores students' life experience to some extent and cannot take care of students' development needs. I remember that one of the most commonly used methods of art when I was a child was to copy blindly according to the teacher's requirements. Can this be done under the new curriculum? Isn't this a mistake? The new curriculum requires art teachers to organize teaching activities based on students' life experience, pay attention to learning process and learning methods, mobilize students' positive emotional experience, make their internal development needs coincide with art teaching, and realize students' all-round and healthy development. 2. Construct a people-oriented ecological knowledge structure. Most art teachers have professional knowledge of art and accumulated some teaching experience, so they are competent in emphasizing the conventional teaching of subject knowledge. The new art curriculum emphasizes the cultivation of students' comprehensive ability, the connection between art curriculum and social life, and the cultivation of humanistic spirit and aesthetic ability. These requirements urge our art teachers to adapt to the requirements of the times, learn other new technologies and new knowledge related to art courses, learn education and teaching methods to promote students' thinking ability and personality development, form an open ecological knowledge structure, and truly realize teachers and new courses. 3. Master the interactive teaching method of the common development of teachers and students. In order to adapt to the new educational concept, the new art course pays special attention to students' physical and mental development, so it requires colorful interactive teaching in art class. In order to make students learn more actively, art teachers should constantly create new teaching situations according to the actual situation, create a classroom atmosphere suitable for students' growth and meet the needs of students' development. At the same time, interactive teaching activities will constantly urge teachers to update their teaching methods. In the new art curriculum, teachers will be pioneers and creators. Diversified and selective curriculum requirements enable art teachers to constantly improve themselves in teaching, improve their ideological quality and professional ability in the practice and exploration of curriculum reform, and provide the most basic and favorable guarantee for themselves to enter the new curriculum. 2. The new curriculum requires art teachers to actively change their roles and become collaborators in students' learning. The new curriculum requires that teachers are no longer leaders, but guides; To establish a new concept based on students' development, we should be both a "strict teacher" and a "teacher". However, few people can really do this in classroom teaching. How to change the role of teachers? 1. Traditional art classroom teaching shows that teachers attach importance to imparting knowledge, such as the teaching of art techniques. Subjectively, we attach importance to teaching results, teaching methods and conversation methods, and the way of communication between teachers and students is one-way, lacking the interactive communication process between teachers and students. According to the requirements of the new curriculum standards, teachers' main task is to discuss art with students, so teachers must often walk off the platform, lead students out of the classroom, and make use of the art teaching resources in students' lives to observe, discuss, feel and experience together. In the classroom, teachers and students exchange information in time and establish an equal, harmonious and interactive teacher-student relationship. When I was teaching "If I were a car designer", I designed a courseware to understand the history of cars. From the birth of the first automobile in the world to the rapid development of the automobile industry today, what changes have taken place in automobiles? Appreciating modern automobile design broadens students' horizons. Finally, the students all designed different cars, which made them very interested in what they learned in this class. Talking about the lesson "Bird's Home", let me ask the students to imagine: What would it be like if there were no trees in the world we live in? After memories and associations, the students replied: Without trees, birds will have no homes, the air we breathe will become dirty, and fertile land will become desert ... Then they organized students to perform a short play-"Help Birds Find Homes", and the children's imagination and performance ability were fully exerted. This can cultivate students' active thinking, at the same time, it can also cultivate students' ability to solve problems independently, cultivate their good moral character, learn to care about others, care about the living environment and strengthen children's sense of responsibility. A teacher's class is like an actor's acting skills. If you don't know the plot, characters and lines in advance, and rehearse them several times in your mind, the actor will not perform well. Teachers should prepare well before class, design the teaching process, be a good guide and lead the class to a climax step by step! 2. In art teaching activities, teachers are no longer the leaders of students, but the promoters of students' learning. Quality-oriented education puts forward that all students are oriented and students develop in an all-round way. This does not mean that every student should develop in an all-round way. But to study the differences between students, in order to find the basis for teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and find teaching methods suitable for different students. There is a basic idea in the new curriculum standard of fine arts: "Fine arts education in compulsory education stage should strive to embody the basic characteristics of compulsory education and guarantee the right of every student to receive fine arts education. Art education in the compulsory education stage should allow all students to participate in art learning, so that each student can develop on his own original basis. " In our art course, first of all, let every student participate in art learning activities, and then teachers should actively pay attention to students' development needs and try their best to promote students with different foundations to make progress. 3. Teachers' responsibility is to stimulate students' interest in learning and take the initiative to learn. Interest is the best teacher. Art students who simply emphasize theoretical knowledge are not interested at all. Without interest, students have no motivation to learn. Without interest, students will only passively accept the knowledge taught by teachers, but stimulate students' interest, let them take the initiative to explore, observe and start work, and the knowledge they get will be far more solid and profound. So: interest is the biggest motivation and half the battle! Only by making students interested in art can they actively absorb art knowledge and skills and actively complete the teaching tasks assigned by teachers. Teachers can take fun teaching or game teaching in class, and the forms can be ever-changing, so as to keep them fresh and fully arouse their curiosity and interest, and they will take the initiative to participate in teaching activities. I usually tell a short story before class, or show them some pictures, or ask them a small question. First, I can introduce the topic freely, create a pleasant and relaxed classroom atmosphere, arouse their interest, make it a kind of motivation, and pave the way for the later teaching effect. When students finish their tasks in class, they can insert some music, so that students can finish their homework easily, with high interest and cheerful music rhythm. It is very important to stimulate their interest, which can be the driving force for their independent study, the source of their self-confidence in painting, the springboard of their imagination and the ladder of their creativity. 3. The new curriculum requires teachers to change their teaching methods. The implementation of the new curriculum requires teachers to change the traditional teaching methods, and teachers must supplement fresh "blood". 1, focusing on the practical application of multimedia teaching. Traditional classroom teaching attaches importance to theory and practice. Students find art classes boring, and teachers' teaching methods need to be updated under the new curriculum. It is inevitable that modern media teaching will be integrated into the classroom. In the traditional art teaching mode, the imparting of knowledge and the cultivation of quality mainly depend on the teacher's explanation and the students' practice and consolidation. There are too many rational knowledge and too few perceptual materials, which can not give full play to the subjectivity of students' understanding. Art teaching advocates three-dimensional, dynamic, continuous and comprehensive expression methods to reflect the art teaching process. Therefore, multimedia education is becoming more and more important. It uses modern media with rich forms, sounds and colors, and its expressions are rich and varied. In multimedia education, using courseware is a very effective teaching method. Teachers use computers to make courseware before class, and only need to take students to the multimedia classroom during class. The pictures displayed by the computer are rich in colors, animations, story lines and beautiful music. Maximize students' enthusiasm for learning, so that art classes can truly educate people with aesthetic education. So I taught myself several softwares to make courseware, and realized that I could do it myself. For example, the courseware I made, exquisite stamps, ever-changing hats and interesting bottle caps made students feel what "beauty" is, and made me understand that the teachers' oral teaching methods in the traditional teaching process can no longer meet the needs of students. Modern multimedia education technology has many advantages, such as visual image, audio-visual synchronization, dynamic picture selection and time-space variability, which makes students learn art information from all aspects and presents unimaginable effects. 2. Teach students in accordance with their aptitude and treat students' differences correctly. Teachers should aim at the characteristics of each student, give targeted help in an appropriate way at an appropriate time, and embody the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude. When arranging learning tasks and various teaching links, we should consider the differences of students as much as possible, so that different students have the opportunity to show their leading edge in their respective professional fields, give them the opportunity to "shine" and give them positive comments, thus establishing their self-confidence. For example, in the teaching of cartoons, students are given four homework choices, namely: (1) Draw a cartoon according to interesting things in life; (2) Draw a cartoon for your ideal self; (3) Design a complete story for the favorite cartoon animal or character. (4) Choose your favorite comics and copy one. Students don't have to worry about homework they don't want to do. They are free to choose a difficult or difficult homework, and they must be happy and relaxed. When students are creating, they should not stifle the distinctive things reflected in their works, but give them more space to show their personalities and express their inner thoughts, because everyone's perception and aesthetics of things will be different and their experience will be different. Teachers can cultivate students' creativity through painting, handicrafts, sculpture and extracurricular scientific and technological activities. Before they create, I will let them get up and speak freely, talk about their thoughts and understanding, or talk about what you will do. After that, I will encourage them to create boldly, give them enough space and time to play and draw whatever they want. 3. Being good at finding the bright spots in students' works and encouraging, praising and evaluating in various ways in teaching can stimulate students' self-confidence. For students' painting homework, we should be sincere and kind, give more encouragement, and don't easily deny a student's work. Adults often shake their heads when looking at children's paintings. What are they drawing? They are too messy to understand! Or just say it's not good. It's terrible. In fact, the child's innocence and romance are reflected in such a painting, which is naturally decorated and has a distinct personality, and draws something of his inner world. Teachers should be good at discovering the inner world of students and entering the inner world of students. Therefore, when correcting students' homework, there should be multiple standards. Evaluation should be diversified, encouraged and praised. We should be good at discovering the bright spots of their works, encourage them more, and improve their self-confidence and creative interest. For children who have been criticized in the past, praise is more effective for them, while for children who have been praised in the past, proper criticism and guidance may have greater influence and progress for them. As teachers, don't be stingy with our praise. Your positive eyes, a gesture of praise and a word of praise are great encouragement to students. The grade of homework cannot be measured by scores. Scores will make those students who are not good at drawing become less and less confident when they see that score. My evaluation is to use three different stickers to express smiling faces. When they see these smiling faces, they will not feel dissatisfied, but will feel that the teacher is encouraging him and asking him to cheer! When correcting homework, I corrected it in front of them. I first appreciated this painting, then gave him three or five words of evaluation, guidance and encouragement according to his painting, and finally hung a smiling face on his work. Each of them is very satisfied with this picture book. Those students have also become very active in handing in their homework. 4. Change the traditional teaching of art skills and attach importance to the harmony and unity of art skills and aesthetic teaching. Quality education has put forward new requirements, and it is necessary to combine intelligence and ability. How to combine? First of all, when teaching, teachers should not only pay attention to students' mastery of knowledge, but more importantly, let students apply what they have learned. Secondly, we should arouse students' attention to the fine arts discipline. Although art class is not the main subject, it plays an important role in cultivating students' aesthetic vision, good behavior, love of life, all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, beauty and labor, and cultivating students' comprehensive quality. Even have a far-reaching impact on students' future life. These are just some immature experiences. In order to make the new art curriculum truly reflect the "new" of the curriculum and make the art teaching constantly "new", further exploration is needed. I think it is far from enough to be a research-oriented art teacher by taking good classes and researching teaching materials. Teachers should learn to summarize, reflect and communicate, and be good at making solutions according to the detailed problems in the classroom. I hope my art class can bring more happiness and knowledge to students and make them willing to learn and do.
