3. There should be stable and centralized school buildings suitable for the scale of running a school, and the safety standards and surrounding environment meet the requirements of running a school. The construction area of teaching and office buildings is not less than 200 square meters, and the lease period of school buildings is not less than 3 years. The registered capital is not less than RMB 654.38+10,000, which must be verified and evaluated by an accounting firm.

Second, the materials to be submitted:

1, bid report, including sponsor, training objectives, school scale, school level, school form, school conditions, internal management system, fund raising and management, etc.

2 "Registration Form for Examination and Approval of Private Education and Training Institutions" can be obtained from the administrative department of education, and the preparation report shall specify the basic situation, investment amount and current basic conditions for running a school.
