Gwen Snvder Kaltman received her bachelor's and master's degrees in early childhood education from the University of Maryland. She has been engaged in early childhood education for nearly 30 years, worked as a kindergarten teacher, kindergarten director, university teacher and educator, and also served as an auditor of the early childhood education program of the American Association for Early Childhood Education.
