Shi Jing Yuhuan, relying on Beijing Normal University, is one of the few formal educational institutions specially approved by the State Education Commission to train teachers of Chinese as a foreign language. It is also an early institution in China that provides labor export, international exchange, professional training and exam counseling for teachers of Chinese as a foreign language.

Shi Jing Yuhuan is an organization officially authorized by the International Certification Association to conduct pre-examination guidance and organize examinations in Chinese mainland.
