The college consists of three departments (Economics Department, Humanities Department and Computer Department), two offices (School Office and Continuing Education Office), four offices (Academic Affairs Office, General Affairs Office, Education Equipment Office and Student Office), one college (Shanghai Aobao College of Economics and Business), one department (Teaching Department of Technical Secondary School) and two departments (Xinya Cooperative Joint-stock Company and Yubin Trading Company).

There are currently 9 faculty members 11,including 4 associate professors1,47 lecturers, 5 doctoral students1,5 masters and 2 graduate students. In addition, senior professors such as Jiaotong University, Fudan University, Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Shanghai University are also hired as visiting professors or part-time teachers.

Up to now, more than 5,000 college graduates have been trained, of which more than 500 have taken up leadership positions in counties, large enterprises and group companies, and tens of thousands have become useful talents for economic development and social progress through various trainings.
