19 19, the "Arrow Golden Academy" expanded Wenchang Temple into a school building, with more than 50 students/kloc-0 and 8 faculty members. 1927, renamed Ningbo No.10 Primary School. 1929, changed to Xiheyan Primary School. After the founding of New China, it was renamed as Ningbo Haishu District Central Primary School, Wangjing Central Primary School and Wenchang Street Primary School. 1972 Due to the adjustment and closure of the primary school layout, warehouses were built for Ningbo No.5 Middle School Branch and the Municipal Education Bureau. 1992 was converted into Ningbo school-run enterprise company and residence (now No.77-79 Wenchang Street, Haishu District).
