Many people say that the buttons on the box can be distinguished by moving up, but because you need to compare two generations at the same time, you can know the difference. This difference is of little significance. The biggest difference is that the characters printed in the picture below have three lines of letters in the second generation and only two lines in the 1 generation.

Pair the headset with the phone iPhone.
Connect headphones to the iPhone, and then click Settings.
Click General in the setting interface.
Click on the phone in the common interface.
Go to the tab about finding headphones in your phone.
Enter the headset interface to check your headset serial number.
Go to Apple official website and click Technical Support.
Check the warranty status of the equipment.
Enter the serial number of the headset and the verification letter below, and then click Continue.
Enter the official information details of the headset and you can see which generation it is.
