History of Chaoyang University
Chaoyang University was founded in 19 12 (the first year of the Republic of China). Founded by, Jiang Lingyun,, Jane and other legal celebrities. But it has always used the seal of Chaoyang University, and people have always called it Chaoyang University. During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression period, he moved to Shashi, Hubei, Chengdu, Sichuan and Chongqing. After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, he moved back to Beiping. 1949 was taken over by the people's government, and China University of Political Science and Law was established at the original site. In February of the following year, China University of Political Science and Law merged with North China University and North China People's Revolutionary University to form China Renmin University. The law department was one of the eight departments established when the National People's Congress was just founded. During the period of 1952, Renmin University adjusted its departments, used the school education model of the former Soviet Union for reference, split some comprehensive universities with a certain scale into several single-subject universities, and cancelled the sociology department and the political department among them, which seriously damaged the legal education of two social sciences. In the subsequent period of extreme "Left" ideological trend flooding and catastrophe, China's legal education and legal system construction were even more destroyed.
