I won the first prize in the whole school piano competition when I was a student. When introducing Lu Senbao, the headmaster said, "He is not Japanese or Han Chinese, but a real Taiwan Province native! His ability is better than the average person. His name is Lu Senbao (Baliva)! "

During his school days, Lu Senbao also performed very well in sports, and broke the race record of middle schools in Taiwan Province Province for many times. Once, a drowning man was rescued in the sea area of Xingang, and was commended by the Governor's Office of Taiwan Province Province. When Lu Senbao returned to Taitung to teach, he paid attention not only to students' intellectual education, but also to moral education and physical education. After Lu Senbao retired, due to the shortage of teachers at that time, he continued to teach in the school until he was old and a new teacher came. After that, he devoted himself to church affairs and agriculture.
