The main responsibilities of Renqiu City Education Bureau:
(a) fully implement the education policy of the party and the state, implement the laws, regulations and rules of the state on education, study and formulate local management measures for education in the city and supervise their implementation.
(two) to study the strategic thinking of the city's education development, and to plan, coordinate and guide the reform of the city's education system and school-running system; To study and formulate the city's education development plan and annual plan, and organize their implementation. (three) comprehensive management of the city's basic education (including preschool education), higher education, vocational education, adult education and literacy; Responsible for the establishment and change of ordinary high schools, vocational middle schools and urban junior middle schools in the city; Responsible for the enrollment and student status management of urban junior high schools, ordinary senior high schools, vocational high schools and vocational secondary schools; Responsible for education supervision, evaluation and inspection. (four) the overall management of the department's education funds; Put forward suggestions on the budget plan of education funds in the municipal budget; Responsible for the overall management of provincial and municipal education funds, centralized management of foreign and overseas education assistance and loans to our city; Cooperate with the municipal finance department to guide and manage the financial work of municipal universities; Organize and coordinate the audit and supervision of school education funds.
(five) the comprehensive management of the labor and personnel work of the city's education system, with the relevant departments of the city to study and put forward the views of the school (unit) organization and staffing; Organize and guide schools at all levels to implement the teacher qualification certificate system and teacher qualification recognition; Overall planning and guiding the construction of teachers and educational administrative cadres in other schools except subordinate and provincial universities; Guide the reform of education and personnel system; Responsible for the evaluation of professional and technical positions of senior and intermediate teachers in primary and secondary schools in the city.
