Personal opinion: the major is not bad, but it is definitely worse than Beihang University, but there are also many good teachers. One bad thing is that I was in Liangxiang two years ago. Although the accommodation is good, it is too remote and the transportation is inconvenient. Whether you can go to Beihang or Beihang, the scores are not much different.
