Minsk Education Office
Minsk was originally one of the retired aircraft carriers that South Korea bought from Russia (the other Novorossiysk was dismantled by South Korea). South Korea originally planned to build its own ocean-going navy based on Minsk. As a result, it caught up with the Asian financial crisis and all the "four little dragons" economies collapsed. Therefore, Minsk was handed over to China and became an exhibit in the theme park of the aircraft carrier, providing national defense education for the people.

Aircraft carrier is something that only big countries can afford, and it is an indispensable weapon for ocean-going navy. Thailand also has an aircraft carrier with a displacement of less than1.100000 tons, but it is basically the queen of the dock and rarely goes out to sea because Thailand can't afford an aircraft carrier. North Korea's largest warship is a Su Hu-class frigate, with a displacement of about 1000 tons (Minsk has a displacement of 30,000 to 40,000 tons), and its technical performance is very backward. Of course, there is no such thing as an aircraft carrier in North Korea, and it can't afford it. North Korea has been short of oil, and air force fighters rarely come out for training.
