Creating Youth refers to the China Youth Entrepreneurial Innovation Competition, which is a national competition sponsored by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League. Creating youth is a class A competition, because it is sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League. Creating Youth is the abbreviation of "Creating Youth" National University Student Entrepreneurship Competition, and it is the reform and promotion of "Challenge Cup" China University Student Entrepreneurship Plan Competition.
In order to meet the needs of college students' entrepreneurial development, on the basis of the original "Challenge Cup" China College Students' Entrepreneurship Plan Competition, the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League, the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, China Association for Science and Technology and the National Federation of Students decided to jointly organize and launch the "Creating Youth" National College Students' Entrepreneurship Competition from 20 14, and hold it every two years.
Competition category
1, Business Plan Competition
For college students, business plan evaluation and on-site defense are the main evaluation contents of the participating projects. The competition is divided into two categories: started and not started; It is divided into seven groups: agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, food and related industries, biomedicine, chemical technology and environmental science, information technology and e-commerce, materials, mechanical energy, cultural creativity and service consultation. (1) Projects that own or are authorized to own products or services, and have been registered as enterprises, individual industrial and commercial households, private non-enterprise units and other organizational forms in government departments such as industry and commerce, and whose legal representatives or operators are students as stipulated in Article 15 of the Articles of Association of "Creating Youth" National Undergraduate Entrepreneurship Competition, and whose operation time is more than 3 months (the deadline is the online filing time of provincial competitions), can all apply for entrepreneurship.
(2) Projects that own or authorize products or services, have a core team and have the basic conditions for starting a business, but have not been registered in government departments such as industry and commerce, civil affairs, or have been registered for less than three months, can be declared as not starting a business.
2. Challenges in entrepreneurial practice
For students or college graduates who have graduated less than 3 years, they have been engaged in actual entrepreneurship for more than 3 months (the calculation deadline is April 30, 2020, subject to the notice of provincial competition), and they own or authorize to own products or services.
It has been registered as an enterprise, individual industrial and commercial households, private non-enterprise units and other organizational forms in government departments such as industry and commerce and civil affairs. Competition declaration does not distinguish between specific categories and groups, and the main evaluation contents are the operating conditions, development prospects, marketing strategies and financial management of the participating projects.
