Guide kindergartens to establish an educational concept based on children's all-round and harmonious development, respect the law of children's physical and mental development, face all children, pay attention to individual differences, adhere to games as the basic activity, provide children with a good living and activity environment, and strive to cultivate children's good behavior habits, health, liveliness, curiosity, civilized music groups and other qualities to promote children's physical and mental harmonious development. Strengthen supervision, conscientiously implement the requirements of the Notice on Preventing and Correcting the Phenomenon of "Primary School" in preschool education, and resolutely put an end to the tendency of "primary school" in preschool education.
2. Strengthen professional guidance to child care institutions. Establish a municipal preschool education expert guidance group composed of scientific research personnel, preschool education management cadres, preschool education teaching researchers, kindergarten directors and key teachers, and regularly visit kindergartens and nurseries for visual guidance, diagnosis and education to improve the quality of kindergarten education and teaching.
3. Promote kindergartens to create characteristics and brands. 4. Increase the radiation of high-quality preschool education resources to rural areas. We will carry out in-depth exchanges and cooperation projects between urban and rural areas, improve the rural preschool education system and promote the sharing of high-quality preschool education resources through famous parks, joint parks and sending outstanding teachers to the countryside.
5. Improve the quality of early education. To explore the contents and methods of child-rearing for infants aged 0-3 years. Integrate community resources, strengthen exchanges and cooperation with health departments and medical institutions, strengthen guidance to health care doctors and parents on scientific parenting, and gradually improve the service quality of early education institutions such as nurseries.
6. Improve the teaching and research level of kindergartens. We will improve the three-level teaching and research system in which municipal kindergartens drive the district to carry out in-film teaching and research activities, the town center teaching and research group organizes teaching and research activities in kindergartens within its jurisdiction, and kindergartens independently carry out kindergarten-based teaching and research, so as to promote the regularization and institutionalization of teaching and research activities.
