When is the best time for children to learn English?

I, 1997, 1998, was appointed by the National Scholarship Fund to visit Britain as the first batch of senior visiting scholars. I was very interested in this topic at that time and often communicated with foreigners. They told me that all children from non-English-speaking countries who study, work and emigrate with their parents will be transferred directly to the existing classes as long as they are below 1 1, regardless of whether you know English or not. The second role: 1979 went to college as a companion, majoring in English. There were few English teaching resources at that time. Only Hunan People's Broadcasting Station has set up English programs in Hunan Province, and nothing else. My father didn't know a word of English, but he did something that affected my life. Do parents have to know English? Not necessarily. The protagonist of the story is Xue Wei, and her amazing record is that she got a perfect score of 120 in the TOEFL naked test! What an incredible achievement! This girl is from the northeast. In 2007, he was sent to Tsinghua University because of his outstanding comprehensive strength, and obtained a double degree in engineering and economics. 20 10 went to Georgia institute of technology to study for a doctorate with a full scholarship. In the same year, she conquered everyone again with a rare perfect score in the new TOEFL test, and was praised as "a girl with a perfect score in the new TOEFL".
She has a video called "How did I get a perfect TOEFL score?" It tells the story behind the legend. When I was in primary school and middle school, there was no such good system as Cambridge. One thing her mother does is to stop her watch when her child recites the new concept English text to see if her daughter recites the same text faster and faster.
Of course, I believe everyone will have more wisdom to do other things and more imagination and execution to help children grow up in all directions.
The law of my life was formed before the college entrance examination and has never changed for so many years. For example, how did I cultivate this demonic figure? I exercise every day. Although parents may not understand their children's homework and can't help, what's the point? Give your true feelings, convey a kind of warmth and strength, pat your child on the head, bring a cup of hot tea, and take a fruit to remind your child to stroll for a few more minutes during the hard work. It's that simple. Children have the deepest feelings about warm things, and their memories are lasting.
The third role: lifelong learners should set an example no matter what they do. Now a small group has been set up in our family. What's the use? Because of the outbreak of the epidemic, children work at home and get fat if they don't exercise for a long time.
My wife and I have done such a thing: when we go out for a run, we will punch in the family group. A few days later, the children were stimulated and punched out for running. This is an example.
Many times, it is useless for parents to preach to their children. You should set an example. If you want your child to exercise, you have to run a few laps first, exercise well, be happy every day, and pass this happiness on to your child. No matter how old your child is, you will always be a parent and an example. What is this? This is common growth!
No matter at what stage of life, whether adults or children, everyone has room for growth. As parents, we certainly need to grow up.
I often think, for so many years, I never thought I would do these things today, but later I found that we should follow the trend and move forward with wisdom.
Here, I appeal to everyone that our child is learning English now, so you might as well pick up his textbook. Textbooks are much more interesting now than when you used to go to school. The original textbooks of Cambridge and Macmillan are also easy to find and interesting, and the multimedia classroom is very different from the original. Why not pick it up and start over with the children and start a new great adventure?
Parents born after 80s account for the vast majority, but parents born after 90s are about to become new forces. I hope to learn and grow with all parents, set new goals and directions, and convey a very happy family atmosphere to children.
