I am a freshman in Hunan Agricultural University, but I will be a sophomore soon. Now I can easily stand on the stage and give a speech to the audience below, even if I am randomly named and shared by the teacher. I personally experienced bus speeches, class speeches, debates and so on, and got warm applause as I wished, and achieved good results. This time, I am also honored to be an excellent student in Class AS 12.

Before I entered the university, when I was still at home, I planned four things I wanted to do in my mind: 1, exercising and building six-pack abdominal muscles; 2. Find a girlfriend and talk about a love that I have never talked about; 3. Play games with roommates and earn points; Get a part-time job and earn a little money.

In the summer vacation before school started, I was lucky enough to meet my senior Liu Yun. Although we didn't meet at that time, she gave me a lot of help online, especially in my study and growth. I really appreciate her. Because of her, I met Brother Kai and Brother Guo, so I became attached to each other.

After I signed up for the online oral English intermediate class, I regretted it at that time, afraid of being cheated, and even thought about refunding my tuition. However, when I really dared to speak on the stage and conduct military training according to the method mentioned by Brother Guo, I was always the most active one, and I was also the most active one in the class election. I also successfully ran for the class life committee.

From this, my belief also came out: when you dare to go on stage, no matter whether you speak well or not, you are already better than those peers who are excellent but dare not go on stage. Since we can't compare with them in study, why not surpass them in other aspects? Therefore, I want to send you a sentence: conquer fear, dare to go on stage and complete transcendence.

Last semester of my freshman year, on Saturday afternoon of the first week, I came to the bar venue to study with excitement and nervousness, and saw Bo Jie with temperament, handsome Tao Ge, beautiful Fei Jie and Jie Jun. Tao Ge's class is very lively and interesting. What impressed me most was Tao Ge's inspiring speech. He shared his life experience, and I felt very shocked and moved after listening to it. In the lecture intermediate class, I also shared my experiences and cried myself. Now that I think about it, my inspirational speech just touched me and didn't convey any energy. I feel that I have serious defects in my speech, so I continue to study and keep improving.

Freshman semester, every week is Saturday, but it's morning, and I still study with Tao Ge. From April to June, I found that my growth was a leap compared with my previous self. In Tao Ge's lecture class, I learned not only the speech, but also the ability to be a human being. I began to master the speaking skills gradually, and gradually learned to express my emotions instead of emotions, and gradually I won't feel nervous when I go on stage. I have changed so much that I can't leave the cultivation of speaking. I really appreciate the speech and the encouragement and support from every teacher and partner.

Going to college is not only an account of yourself and your high school teachers, but also an account of your parents. Your growth is the best explanation. University is not our destination, but a new starting point. University is an opportunity for our college students to overtake in corners. Hard power doesn't matter, there is still soft power-speaking and speaking. The key to improve these two is to overcome fear, dare to go on stage and complete transcendence.
