My internship class xxxx is an excellent class. Their Chinese teacher, my tutor and director of the principal's office, has attracted much attention. They use new textbooks that I am not familiar with, which makes me feel quite stressed, because as their intern teacher, I always have to give them lessons. How to teach them well, how to teach them well, is an important and urgent problem for me.
After thinking about it, I decided to start with the instructor's class style. Since the tutor has taught so successfully, it is naturally a shortcut to learn his methods and absorb his experience. After two weeks of internship, I concentrated on listening to my tutor's class and trying to figure out his teaching style. The instructor is also very responsible and enthusiastically tells me how to attend classes, how to observe students in class, and how to make appropriate responses to different situations to improve the teaching effect. Generally speaking, the tutor's teaching style is to give students the right to speak in class. In his words, a class can make all the students understand, understand and learn something, and the class is successful. As for how to give students the right to speak, we mainly use the teacher's teaching method, that is, ask questions and analyze doubts. The so-called questioning and questioning analysis means that teachers first ask questions from the entrance of a text, then guide students to answer, analyze and turn to another question, and finally guide students to achieve the predetermined teaching objectives. Through this kind of questioning and analysis, combined with appropriate discussion and stylistic characteristics, some texts are taught by taste method and reading method. French educator Dihuidos said: The art of teaching is not to impart skills, but to inspire, awaken and inspire. So, how to motivate, awaken and inspire the audience? Let them participate in the class and give them more opportunities. Only in this way can students better integrate into the classroom, and only in this way can students' Chinese level be improved. Asking questions and solving doubts is undoubtedly a good teaching model to ensure students' participation in the classroom. After many times of practice, I found that this teaching mode has many advantages. Specifically, it helps students to think about various viewpoints, enhance the flexibility of their thinking, develop their ability to communicate ideas and viewpoints clearly, develop their ability of analysis and synthesis, encourage students to listen attentively and politely, make their ideas and experiences respected, and make them co-creators of knowledge. Generally speaking, raising questions and analyzing doubts can fully enhance students' creativity, oral expression ability, adaptability and initiative.
