The following are some parenting books I have read, which have benefited a lot:

1. Sears encyclopedia of intimate parenting

For novice mothers, reading this book is very helpful. I agree with the idea of intimate parenting in the book. The point is that the author of this book is a children's doctor, and he and his wife have raised eight children. Many experiences in the book have been verified by practice, which makes people feel more at ease. Unlike some parenting books on the market, they are just theories and even can't stand scrutiny.

This book mainly talks about all aspects of knowledge that should be paid attention to when raising a 0-2-year-old baby, so that you can know what progress the baby will make every month and every stage of growth, and understand the knowledge and common sense of parenting.

2. Key help in critical period

What impressed me most about this book is how important it is to know children and understand their growth laws. Because of ignorance, many of our common behaviors are actually killing children's opportunities for growth and development.

For example, many elderly people will be stopped by the elderly or parents in time when they see their children eating their fingers or like to grab everything and pinch everything when eating. I don't know that these behaviors are actually life phenomena presented by children's brain development. Improper interference and stop will actually hinder their healthy development.

Knowing the law of children's growth and development, and giving key help in the critical development period of children are the best care for children. This book is a comprehensive summary of Mr. Li Yueer, an expert in children's education and the founder of China Ba Academy, in the field of children's education for 23 years. This paper systematically and deeply reveals the sensitive period of children aged 0-7, so that readers can understand the growth law of children and help them grow better.

3. Raise boys and girls

These two books were written by the same author. Raising girls is the companion of raising boys.

"Raising Boys" divides the growth process of boys into three distinct stages, discusses the influence of testosterone on boys' psychological state, shares their new findings on boys' brain structure, reveals the role of fathers and mothers in boys' growth and provides corresponding suggestions, analyzes the significance and adverse effects of exercise on boys, and puts forward some beneficial practices for boys' sex education. Its core is to help parents how to make a boy a healthy man, and can learn many practices.

Raising girls is very different from raising boys. Boys and girls are almost completely different in development, intelligence, hobbies, making friends, learning and sports. Girls need their mothers more, and boys rely on their fathers more. Of course, mom and dad are very important and indispensable to everyone. But you need to understand that your meaning will be significantly different and focus on them. "Raising Girls" divides the growth of girls into five stages, and gives analysis and exercises one by one.

Finally, the pregnancy bible recommended in pregnancy preparation books is helpful to understand the pregnancy process and the baby's development at various stages during pregnancy.
