If the vent is blocked, it needs to be reopened to make the air intake smooth. At the joint of the auxiliary ink cartridge in the flexible cable, it can be wrapped with soft paper twice to absorb the residual ink.
Reason three:
When the nozzle is blocked, stop the equipment, reset to the origin of the X axis, lift the nozzle carriage 5 cm, press the ink pressing key, observe the negative pressure fluctuation value, pause when it reaches 5.0, observe that the water drops pressed by the ink are in a coherent state, and continue printing.
Reason four:
The piezoelectric crystal is damaged, and the piezoelectric crystal inside the nozzle is damaged due to excessive voltage and ink infiltration, so it is necessary to replace the nozzle with a new one.
Reason five
When the ink supply tube is blocked, it is necessary to turn off the nozzle switch, and use the needle tube to press air to dredge the impurities in the ink tube, so that it can circulate the ink smoothly.
Reason six
The metal buoy is broken. The metal buoy is a magnetic component in the auxiliary ink cartridge, which is used to control the ink ejection of the nozzle. If there is a fault, the ink jet will not produce ink and the ink will be broken. You need to open the cover of the ink cartridge and use a wave of the needle to make it return to normal.
