Two, after obtaining the business license, the operator can apply for a business license to the industrial and commercial departments, the specific process is as follows:

1, fill in the Application for Registration of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households and the Notice of Pre-approval of Enterprise Name and submit it to the industrial and commercial department;

2. Bring the original and photocopy of personal identity card, the original and photocopy of business premises lease contract, three one-inch photos, health permit, business license and other documents to the industrial and commercial department for business license;

3. Apply to the tax authorities for a tax registration certificate with a good business license and relevant documents;

4. Go to the health department for inspection and approval of the hygiene license of the business premises.
