Teaching idea is the starting point of teaching practice, which directly affects the quality of teaching activities and the effect of education. Although with the enrichment and development of teaching practice, our teaching concept has been greatly improved, and most teachers have changed the traditional teaching concept, there are still some problems in the current ideological and political theory teaching in colleges and universities:
Some teachers still ignore the main role of students in the learning process.
This seems to be a historical tradition for thousands of years. In traditional education and teaching, it is the orientation of teachers. It seems natural for teachers to "preach on their own initiative", and the classroom has become a stage for teachers alone. In the teaching of ideological and political theory courses, this teaching concept, which takes teachers as the center and ignores students' role in teaching, still exists, making students become outsiders in education and teaching activities.
In the classroom, the teacher's task is to give lectures, regardless of students' acceptance and the differences of college students' disciplines, but blindly educate and require all students according to excessive standards and unified goals, which leads to students' inactive learning activities, unclear learning goals and incorrect learning attitudes, leading to rigid, rigid and passive teaching process and affecting teaching results.
This kind of teaching view advocates putting the realization of students' personality development in a prominent position, paying too much attention to each student's personality difference and actual level, while ignoring the guidance of teachers. In the classroom, limited by their own level, sex is blindly "played", and their knowledge and ability are not thorough; Teachers indulge their students and lose their basic responsibilities and due functions.
Gagne believes that teaching is to serve learning. Although learning will still happen without teaching, scientific teaching is a kind of promotion and a positive influence on learning.
For ideological and political education, although not all teachers hold the above two viewpoints, they do exist in some teachers, and affect teachers' teaching level and teaching effect, the setting of teaching content and the choice of teaching methods to varying degrees. Giving full play to the dual roles of teachers and students is a problem worthy of our in-depth consideration.
