In view of the above problems, we should build a team of high-quality career guidance teachers, establish necessary teaching institutions (career planning course teaching and research section or career planning education workshop), and at the same time improve teachers' professional quality, strengthen teacher training, so that our career planning course teachers have corresponding professional qualities-psychology, sociology, human resource management, education and other professional knowledge, and have the corresponding years of career guidance work experience after formal professional training and passing the career guidance qualification examination. Teachers who take this course should not only have special research on career planning, but also have close contact with students' peers to understand the requirements of these industries for employing people and the development path of personnel. Therefore, the school should establish a training system for career planning instructors, so that teachers who undertake this course can study outside the school, promote the combination of theory and practice, and improve the guidance level.
