At present, the courses of career planning in most colleges and universities are mostly "hidden from time to time", and the definition is unclear, which leads to a serious lack of understanding of the importance of this course for many college students, and they are careless and have no plans for their career planning. Only by making a very clear definition of this course, for example, is it an elective course for the whole school, a compulsory course or a limited elective course; Students can get several credits after completing this course; How to arrange the class hours; Such as this, students and teachers will have a clear understanding of the nature of this course, and they will be targeted when starting the class. For example, Yunnan University of Finance and Economics offered this course as a compulsory course. In view of the above problems, we should build a team of high-quality career guidance teachers, establish necessary teaching institutions (career planning course teaching and research section or career planning education workshop), and at the same time improve teachers' professional quality, strengthen teacher training, so that our career planning course teachers have corresponding professional qualities-psychology, sociology, human resource management, education and other professional knowledge, and have the corresponding years of career guidance work experience after formal professional training and passing the career guidance qualification examination. Teachers who take this course should not only have special research on career planning, but also have close contact with students' peers to understand the requirements of these industries for employing people and the development path of personnel. Therefore, the school should establish a training system for career planning instructors, so that teachers who undertake this course can study outside the school, promote the combination of theory and practice, and improve the guidance level. In addition, the school can also consider hiring an off-campus human resources manager as a teacher of the course, and even participate in the compilation of teaching materials to improve the applicability of the course. According to the author's investigation results of five representative universities in Yunnan Province, 49.7% of the students choose market demand and industry dynamic simulation on the question of "what should be the most important content if the school offers career planning education courses". Third, the curriculum and evaluation tools should be improved "localization"

At present, the teaching materials and teaching methods of career planning courses in China rarely take into account the actual characteristics and professional characteristics of "local" students. For example, many evaluation tools used in our country are imported from the west, and many evaluations are divorced from the reality of our country, which leads to the scientific nature of the evaluation results being questioned, and students often feel that they are not in line with their actual characteristics during the use.

Career evaluation is an important content of college students' career planning course, and the reform of college students' career planning course should take evaluation construction as the primary breakthrough point. Vocational evaluation is to use the research results of modern psychology, management and related disciplines to measure people's ability level, personality characteristics and other factors through psychological tests, situation simulation and other means. China's evaluation system mostly comes from abroad, or even copied, and lacks an evaluation system that matches the personality characteristics of Chinese college students. The evaluation of individual "self" is only the first step of vocational education, so it is particularly important for the development level of our country to build an evaluation system for college students' career planning courses.

Fourth, the teaching methods and contents of students in different grades should be different.

Career planning courses offered by many colleges and universities are unreasonable. Students' grades and majors were not fully considered. When strengthening the theoretical construction of college students' career planning course, we must also consider the evaluation method of this course. Career planning course is a practical teaching method course.
