The second level will ask: in your previous school and major, you should prepare some contents about the defense of undergraduate thesis, just say it briefly. Remember that a famous teacher and defense teacher who teaches your undergraduate course may use it.
Third, you will be asked why you chose this school and this major. Look at the school motto and teaching philosophy, and then look at the discipline construction of your major. The key point is: we must combine our own reality, don't exaggerate, don't be too melodramatic, and don't boast that we should be simple and vivid. When you say major, you must mention the basic knowledge about major. Without professional knowledge, you can't talk about liking major. And talk about your social practice experience. If it has nothing to do with your major, you should also talk about it. It's better to mention that you love this subject very much, prepare for in-depth research, prepare for doctoral examination, and so on. You must make it different so that the teacher can remember you and know that you are prepared.
Fourth, be sure to know the information of one or two tutors. The tutor you choose depends on what books he has written and what his academic tendency is. When you answer the question, say that your tendency is consistent with his, and you will be sure whether the tutor wants you or not. This is very important. You'd better write an email or give your resume to the teacher before the exam. You'd better be familiar with it, or at least have an image of you. Otherwise, as long as there are more competitors, you don't have to think about it.
Generally, I won't ask you about your development direction, and I won't order until after my sophomore year. If you ask, just say the direction you filled in when you entered the exam. Remember that obedience is an arrangement.
After entering the school, I will first make some achievements in the in-depth study and research of this subject, secondly develop in the academic direction, thirdly take the doctoral examination, fourthly want to publish many similar papers, and fifthly combine learning with practice. Teachers must pay attention to the overall improvement of quality and rich theoretical knowledge.
When talking about your strengths, remember the characteristics of modesty, diligence, seriousness, love of reading and concentration. When it comes to your weaknesses, you shouldn't really say that you are a perfectionist, too cautious or a workaholic. It looks bad on the surface, but it is actually good.
The teacher will also ask the following questions:
What influence does your family have on your education?
What are your plans after graduation?
What is the relationship between the subjects you studied in college and what you are doing now?
etc
You must remember that the tutor is the key to you, not whether you answer well or not.
