Coordinate vocational education and adult education in the city. To formulate the development plan of vocational education and adult education in the whole city, study and formulate the comprehensive reform plan of vocational education and adult education in conjunction with relevant departments and guide their implementation; Cooperate with college students' ideological and political work and employment guidance for college graduates before leaving school; Responsible for the management of secondary vocational schools' student status and academic qualifications; To guide the education and teaching reform and infrastructure construction in secondary vocational schools; Contact related work in colleges and universities; Coordinate relevant departments to be responsible for the comprehensive reform of urban and rural education; Guide the standardization of modern Chinese, organize the promotion of Putonghua, be responsible for the management of Putonghua training and testing, and check and evaluate the language and writing work in the city.
