(3) Local examination institutions: provincial examination committees: all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government set up higher education self-study examination committees (hereinafter referred to as provincial examination committees). (4) Examiner's School: Examiner's School is a full-time ordinary college with strong professional teachers and is selected by the provincial examination committee. Examiners accept the leadership of the provincial examination committee in the self-study examination of higher education, participate in the proposition and marking, take charge of the examination of practical learning, countersign the graduation certificate, and handle other related work assigned by the provincial examination committee. The examiner school should set up a higher education self-study examination office. According to the task of full-time staff, the required staffing is included in the total number of schools and solved by the school authorities.
