(II) Professional Committees: The National Examination Commission has set up several professional committees according to the needs of the work, which are responsible for drafting the professional examination plan and syllabus of the self-taught courses, organizing the compilation and recommendation of higher education textbooks suitable for the self-taught courses, and providing professional guidance and quality evaluation for the examination work of this major.

(3) Local examination institutions: provincial examination committees: all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government set up higher education self-study examination committees (hereinafter referred to as provincial examination committees). Provincial Examination Office: The education administrative departments of all provinces (cities, districts) set up provincial examination committee work management institutions (referred to as provincial examination offices), and at the same time serve as the daily offices of provincial examination committees. Local examination committees: The working committees for higher education self-study examination shall be established in the areas (hereinafter referred to as regions), cities and municipal districts under the jurisdiction of the agencies dispatched by the people's governments of provinces and autonomous regions.

(4) Examiner's School: Examiner's School is a full-time ordinary college with strong professional teachers and is selected by the provincial examination committee. Examiners accept the leadership of the provincial examination committee in the self-study examination of higher education, participate in the proposition and marking, take charge of the examination of practical learning, countersign the graduation certificate, and handle other related work assigned by the provincial examination committee. The examiner school should set up a higher education self-study examination office. According to the task of full-time staff, the required staffing is included in the total number of schools and solved by the school authorities.
