After the driver's license is cleared, you don't have to study. If the score does not reach 12 in one scoring cycle and the fine is not paid in time, the score will not be cleared automatically at this time, but will be transferred to the next scoring cycle without learning. The following seven cases, "learning to reduce points" will not be accepted:

(1) During this scoring cycle, the motor vehicle driver scored full marks for more than 2 consecutive times, or the cumulative score reached 12;

(two) in the last scoring cycle, the motor vehicle driver has more than 2 records of full marks;

(3) Motor vehicle drivers have been punished for escaping after a traffic accident, or driving a motor vehicle after drinking alcohol, or using forged or altered motor vehicle number plates, driving licenses, driver's licenses and school bus signs, or using other motor vehicle number plates and driver's licenses, or buying and selling points in the last three scoring cycles;

(4) The motor vehicle driver's license is in the internship period, or the motor vehicle driver's license has not been verified within the time limit, or the motor vehicle driver's license has been detained or temporarily detained;

(5) The driver of the motor vehicle has an unprocessed traffic violation record;

(six) the name of the motor vehicle driver has a motor vehicle whose safety technical inspection has expired or whose registration has not been cancelled according to the regulations;

(seven) motor vehicle drivers to participate in traffic safety education to reduce or exempt the score of road traffic safety violations, or to participate in the perfect score education and verification education examination, fraud, impersonation.
