1988 graduated from the Department of Education of Beijing Normal University, majoring in preschool education, and is currently a professor at the School of Education of Shandong Women's University (formerly China Women's University, Shandong Branch). Main courses: kindergarten games, preschool children's science education, and an introduction to preschool education policies and regulations. The "Kindergarten Games" course he taught was rated as a national excellent course by the Ministry of Education. In 2009, he was rated as the fifth provincial-level teaching teacher by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education and won the Shandong Teaching Achievement Award twice.
