In order to ensure students' accommodation and personal safety, from June 5438+065438+1October 2 1 day, the fire brigade, the health and epidemic prevention station and the street community in Horqin District began to check the safety of "small dining tables" in accordance with the Interim Provisions on the Administration of Off-campus Custody Places for Students in Horqin District formulated by the Horqin District Government, and issued relevant certificates on the spot.
According to the requirements of the Interim Provisions, the relevant departments will punish and ban the "small dining table" that has not obtained the relevant procedures and failed to meet the relevant standards stipulated in the Regulations.
The Interim Provisions on the Administration of Students' Off-campus Hosting Places in Horqin District clearly stipulates that applicants for students' off-campus hosting places need to apply to their neighborhood committees, and the neighborhood committees should report to their neighborhood offices for preliminary examination, obtain the pre-approval notice of the name of the industrial and commercial department, obtain the catering service license and the health certificate of employees, apply for a license in the industrial and commercial department with their ID cards, residence certificates and photos, and apply for approval forms for fire safety inspection opinions, catering service licenses and students' off-campus hosting places, and then go through tax registration. Annual inspection is conducted once a year.
The management regulations clearly require fire safety conditions such as fire extinguishers, emergency lights, evacuation passages, and stair widths, and regulate food procurement, kitchen, tableware disinfection, bunk, bathroom, and sink.
