2. Round-trip dribbling and shooting 1 1 min.
(1) test method
Starting from the midpoint of the right sideline of the court, dribble and lay up, with your right hand facing the basketball. Start timing at the same time; After the ball hits the basket, it is also transported to the midpoint of the left line by the right hand; Then turn to left-handed dribbling and layup; After the shot hits, the left hand dribbles back to the original starting point; Repeat the dribbling shot above again and stop the watch when you return to the original starting point (as shown below).
Requirements: dribble continuously, and don't push the dribble far in the layup; You must hit the basket to continue dribbling. If you miss it, keep throwing it until you hit it. There is no limit to the hand (left hand or right hand) that shoots.
(2) Scoring criteria

Excellent: correct, coordinated and skilled, able to shoot with both hands, one shot at a time.
Good: the action is correct and skilled, and the shot is a hit.

Failure: incorrect, unskilled and uncoordinated actions.
3, shooting 12 points
(1) test method
Draw an arc with the center of the hoop projection and the distance from the point to the penalty line as the radius. At the beginning, candidates jump shot outside the arc and start timing; Rebound yourself after shooting, and then throw an arc jumper for one minute in a row (girls can be set-pieces or jumpers). )
Requirements; You must jump up and shoot, otherwise it is not a jump shot; When shooting, you are not allowed to step on or cross the line, and you are not allowed to run with the ball. Otherwise, the shooting is invalid. For girls who jump shot, the technical score can be improved by one score segment.
(2) Scoring criteria;

Excellent: coherent and coordinated movements, fast take-off and correct technique.
Good: the movements are more coherent and coordinated, the take-off is faster and the technique is correct.
Pass: the movements are basically coherent and coordinated, the take-off is slow, and the technique is basically correct.
Failure; Inconsistent and uncoordinated movements, slow take-off and incorrect techniques.
4. 8 points for full-court (or half-court) competition.
(1) test method
According to the number of candidates or local specific conditions, a full-court or half-court formation competition is held, and half-court man-to-man defense is adopted to test their technical and tactical application ability. For candidates with good grades, another round of competition can be held. The time of each competition depends on whether you can observe all the candidates and understand the situation of each candidate. The evaluation contents are as follows:
① Personal attack ability; Observe the rationality and proficiency of offensive techniques. Focus on shooting, breaking and passing.
2 defensive ability; Observe individual defense, cooperative defense and defensive ability.
③ Tactical awareness; Observe the speed of attack and defense conversion, fast break consciousness and personal tactical action ability throughout the game.
(2) Scoring criteria

Excellent: Do the above three things well.
Good: Do the first two items well.
Pass: one of the three items is slightly better.
Fail: A person who fails all three items.
