I. Main problems

1. At the beginning of the activity of "Discipline and Style Rectification Education", one-sided complacency, self-satisfaction, no gambling, no drinking at noon, no being late and leaving early for no reason, and no need for self-examination and self-correction. At the same time, I feel that although I have shortcomings, the problems are not serious, and they are all minor problems. The one-sided understanding of the sense of responsibility and crisis of "rectifying education with discipline" reflects that the understanding of "rectifying education with discipline" is biased and the attitude is not correct enough.

2. The pioneering and innovative spirit is not strong. Although I did my job well in the past, I did little for the overall situation and didn't give good advice to the leaders. There is a lot of work I want to do but dare not do. I am timid and lack determination and courage.

3. Lack of business knowledge. Performance in: sometimes the work is not active enough, only satisfied with the tasks assigned by superiors and leaders. When you encounter difficulties in your work, you often wait for the instructions from the leaders, say step by step, and don't do your work solidly, deeply and carefully. Do not pay attention to the comprehensiveness of business knowledge, and wait until problems appear to find ways to solve them. Sometimes, because of the repetitive work, it is easy to copy it, as long as you finish the work on time. When I encounter complicated things in my work, I sometimes take evasive measures, thinking that I will "cross the bridge", instead of trying to find a solution myself, I wait for a way to appear on my own, lacking a spirit of hard study.

4. In our daily life, we sometimes mistakenly strengthen the role of freelancers outside of work, fail to strictly demand ourselves according to party member's advanced standards, and sometimes show lax discipline and style.

Second, the main reasons for the problems

Although there are some objective factors, the existence of these problems is mainly caused by subjective factors. During this period, I seriously reflected on the main problems and shortcomings of my own existence in combination with theoretical study, deeply analyzed the roots and harms of these problems, and found the reasons subjectively. To sum up, there are the following aspects:

1, political study is not enough, theoretical foundation is shallow, and I am usually satisfied with reading books and newspapers. The participating units concentrate on organizing study, but less on self-study, and even less on studying Marxist theory. There is a lack of systematic study of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, a lack of understanding of Scientific Outlook on Development's study and practice, insufficient efforts to integrate study with practice, and a disconnect between theoretical knowledge and practice.

2, business level is not high, learning is not enough, I don't deeply understand the decisive role of business level in work efficiency and quality. To improve business level, I have to learn business, and I am dependent on business, thinking that the leader will give instructions, so I don't have to rush to do it first, for fear that I can't do it well first. And I don't have a complete plan to learn business knowledge, so sometimes I am blind and lack some confidence in my work.

3. The working method is simple, only superficial, you can do your job well. The method of dealing with things is relatively simple, without innovative spirit, and the work style is not solid enough. You don't analyze the problem deeply, you don't think deeply. Sometimes you regard work as a burden, and you don't notice that the perfection of working methods will bring motivation to your work.

Third, the future rectification measures

1, strengthen the study of political theory and constantly improve their political quality. Discipline education and study is a lifelong matter, and you can't relax at any time. In the future, I will not only learn legal and professional knowledge, but also seriously study scientific theories such as Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents and Scientific Outlook on Development, intensively read relevant key articles, learn and understand the spirit of the Party's documents in time, arm my mind with the Party's theory, improve my political theory literacy and strengthen my political belief. Further strengthen the concept of discipline, strengthen the sense of discipline, establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life and values, consciously strengthen the cultivation of party spirit, abide by the law, be honest and perform official duties, be self-respecting, introspect, self-alert and self-motivated. 2. Be aggressive and improve your work level. 1. Communist ideals and beliefs are not firm enough, and the understanding of the party's development is not comprehensive enough.

I have always been a grassroots policeman educated by the party, and I am also a heartfelt support. However, with China's opening to the outside world and the development of market economy, we pay more attention to the negative aspects of some people in the party, less attention to the mainstream of the party, and lack a correct understanding in thought, thus diluting the ideals and beliefs of communism, lacking the consciousness of "backbone" in our own thoughts, and only looking at the surface of the social phenomenon of "there are policies at the top and countermeasures at the bottom", showing a trend of drifting with the flow in action. For the great achievements of our party today, we only look at the red flowers and ignore the green leaves, so we can't make a comprehensive and systematic scientific analysis and have insufficient understanding.

2, the concept of party spirit is not strong, and the sense of purpose is diluted.

Serving the people heart and soul is not just empty talk, but a very practical job. I don't do well in this respect, sometimes I only consider my own interests, and I don't put the interests of the masses and the overall situation first. Not caring enough for the masses, not going deep into the masses, not serving the masses, not serving the masses at the grassroots level according to Scientific Outlook on Development's requirements, not always thinking about what the masses think, being anxious about what the masses are anxious about, doing what the masses expect, looking for the masses when you have a job, and hiding from the masses when you are done. In front of the people's awareness of the purpose of public servants, the concept of party spirit has been forgotten, the world outlook, outlook on life and values have mixed many non-proletarian thoughts, and the correct views on rights, status and interests have been reversed.

3, the sense of innovation is not strong, and it is not enough to go deep into the grassroots.

In the work, more emphasis is placed on writing and speaking, rather than doing everything by yourself, so as to achieve perfection, and the work ideas are not wide and the work intensity is not great. First, I just want to get by in my own work and not be satisfied with anything, but I don't have my own working ideas on how to implement it in combination with reality; Second, there is a lack of pioneering and innovative consciousness, and the work is not forward-looking and straightforward, so it cannot keep pace with the times; Third, there is little in-depth investigation and study, poor ability to solve problems in work, and lack of self-discipline and self-cultivation.

4. The concept of discipline is weak and the implementation of honesty and diligence is not enough.

Poor sense of self-discipline, non-compliance with rules and regulations, dislike of step-by-step, often self-centered, serious personal liberalism, discipline and restraint can not set an example and play an exemplary role. Demanding too much from others, not strictly observing the "four disciplines and eight requirements", relaxing from time to time, and ineffective implementation of the system have led to problems in some systems in practice.

Second, the main reasons for the problems

After this "one mention, one excellence and two promotion" police and people appraisal activity, I have a new understanding of myself. Based on the principle that there is only subjectivity but no objectivity, after careful reflection and rational analysis, I think the problem is mainly caused by the following reasons:

1, lack of further tempering of their party spirit.

Work is only satisfied with the tasks assigned by superiors, content with the status quo, not seeking success, but seeking nothing, complacency and fear of difficulties still exist. I didn't really remould myself from the proletarian world outlook, outlook on life and values. I always thought that I studied Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents more than others, and I had a deep understanding of the party's line, principles and policies and Scientific Outlook on Development, so it was unnecessary to exercise my party spirit.

2. Lack of systematic, comprehensive and complete theoretical research.

The research on Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents and Scientific Outlook on Development is superficial, and there are some formalistic phenomena. There is no integration of theory with practice, which leads to the lack of thinking about the proletarian world outlook, outlook on life and values, and the deviation of understanding of status, interests and rights. It is manifested in the following aspects: first, it only attaches importance to work and ignores political theory study, which leads to the relaxation of political theory study; Second, theoretical study is not systematic or superficial in order to understand a certain aspect; Third, ideological mobilization lacks industrial practicability, hard environment and the disconnection between thought and practice.

3, lack of sense of responsibility, work without motivation, satisfied with the general call.

Work is superficial, just want to deal with the past, rest on its laurels, satisfy the status quo, and lack innovation and foresight.

Third, the direction of future efforts

1, strengthen the study of party spirit and theoretical knowledge and improve self-cultivation.

First of all, make a detailed study plan, systematically study the implementation opinions of Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents Theory, Scientific Outlook on Development, County Commission for Discipline Inspection and County Supervision Bureau on carrying out the evaluation activity of "one promotion, one excellence and two promotion", master its scientific connotation, and learn to use Marxist standpoint, viewpoint and method to understand and solve problems.

Secondly, we should strive to improve political quality and theoretical accomplishment, closely combine the study of political theory with the improvement of the subjective world, correctly understand the laws of social development and governance, strengthen the ideals and beliefs of communism, firmly establish the sense of purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, consciously publicize and implement the party's line, principles and policies, and strive to apply what we have learned.

2, in-depth investigation and study, improve the work style.

Take in-depth investigation and study as the focus of improving work style, and work closely around the party's objectives and tasks and the central work of the county. Go deep into the grassroots and the masses, seriously carry out investigation and study, grasp the actual situation in time, solve hot and difficult problems, improve work style, and do practical things for the masses.

3. self-denial; Public before private, be strict with yourself.

Conscientiously implement the rules and regulations of the central government, provinces, prefectures and counties on strengthening the building of a clean and honest party style, regulate themselves with party discipline and state law, and be honest and diligent for the people. Adhere to everything from work, sincerely serve the people, administer justice for the people, be fair, just and open; Consciously carry out party spirit training, and always maintain the political quality of * * * members' hard work, arrogance and rashness, honesty and integrity.
