In 2023, the unified examination for art majors in colleges and universities in Hunan Province was held from February 3 to 29, 2022 (see annex1for the examination time and test site); See Annex 2 for details of the examination sites for the unified examination of fine arts). In the current situation of normalization of epidemic prevention and control in COVID-19, in order to ensure the life safety and physical health of the majority of candidates and examination staff, and ensure the safe and orderly conduct of national education examinations, according to the spirit of the relevant documents of the General Office of the Ministry of Education, the General Office of the National Health and Wellness Committee, the Provincial Department of Education and the Provincial Health and Wellness Committee, the relevant matters concerning epidemic prevention and control are hereby notified as follows:
First, prepare for the exam
1. Candidates must apply for "Hunan Resident Health Card" (health code) and "Traffic Big Data Travel Card" (travel code) 8 days before the exam.
2. Candidates must complete 2 nucleic acid tests within 3 days before the exam (at least 24 hours apart).
3. Candidates must continuously conduct self-health monitoring 8 days before my exam (please refer to the time when I take the exam), print the Health Registration Form for Epidemic Prevention and Control in COVID-19 in 2023 (hereinafter referred to as the Health Form for Candidates, see Annex 3), and fill in and sign it truthfully.
4. Candidates must continuously punch in their health monitoring every day 15: 00 eight days before their exams, log in to Xiaoxiang College Entrance Examination APP, click the "Health Monitoring Report" menu, and truthfully fill in their health information according to the actual situation. Failure to fill in the form as required may affect my taking the exam.
5. Candidates who are not in other provinces or provinces should return to the test center 8 days before the test, so as to avoid being controlled and unable to take the test in other places due to epidemic prevention and control. After returning to the place of residence, the risk investigation should be completed as soon as possible according to the local epidemic prevention and control requirements.
6. Candidates from other provinces are required to enter Hunan with a 48-hour negative certificate of nucleic acid test, and they will be tested twice within three days after entering Hunan, that is, they will be checked at three stops, traffic health service card points or communities in time 1 time, and the second nucleic acid test will be conducted on the third day after entering Hunan. Before the negative result of the second nucleic acid test comes out, don't participate in gathering activities, don't enter crowded public places, and avoid taking public transport (the specific requirements are subject to the latest epidemic prevention policy in the place where the test center is located).
7. If the health code turns red or yellow, it should be reported to the city (state) and county (city, district) education and examination institutions and the community (village), school or hotel where it is located, and cooperate with the relevant epidemic prevention work.
Second, the requirements for taking the exam (written test and interview)
1. The body temperature must be measured on the day of the exam, and the health code and travel code must be green. Before admission, you must provide the health code and travel code on the day of the exam, and you can take the exam only after twice (at least 24 hours apart) negative proof of nucleic acid test within 3 days before the exam (the screenshot can be printed in color) and filling in the complete Candidate Health Form.
2. Candidates must prepare enough masks (disposable medical masks or medical surgical masks) and other protective equipment in advance. Candidates are advised to disinfect or wash their hands in time after entering the test center. Candidates should wear masks to the test center all the time and leave the test center at the end of the exam (except during identity verification and interview). Candidates are not allowed to wear masks when entering test sites and examination rooms, which will affect their identification and safety.
3. Candidates should actively cooperate with the work of the test center during admission, waiting for the exam, taking the exam and leaving school. Test center staff have the right to ask candidates to take off their masks for identification. If the exam is affected by disobeying the arrangement of the test center, the consequences will be borne by the candidates themselves.
4. Be sure to be familiar with the surrounding environment of the test center one day before the test and plan the reference route reasonably. Be sure to arrive at the test center in advance on the day of the exam, keep a safe distance, and enter the venue in an orderly manner according to the guidelines of the test center.
5. On the day of the exam, the temperature measurement before entering the test center was lower than 37.3℃. If the temperature exceeds 37.3℃ for two consecutive times, it shall be handled according to the local epidemic prevention and control requirements.
6. After the interview candidates enter the test center, they must enter the test center in time according to the arrangement of the test center, and may not stay at the test center.
7. After the exam, leave in an orderly manner according to the instructions of the examiners, and don't be crowded.
8. Candidates should strengthen their awareness of epidemic prevention and control, and do a good job in self-protection. When taking the test by public transport, candidates must wear masks all the time, do a good job of physical protection and keep a safe distance from the surrounding passengers as much as possible. Don't wash your hands frequently during the inspection, don't visit, have dinner or get together, and don't go in and out of crowded places such as shopping malls to avoid social infection. Self-health monitoring should be carried out within 7 days after the examination. If you have fever, dry cough and other suspicious symptoms, you should go to a medical institution for examination. If you are admitted to the hospital and diagnosed as a suspected, diagnosed and asymptomatic infected person in novel coronavirus, please immediately notify the local epidemic prevention and control departments, schools and testing centers to cooperate with the relevant epidemic prevention work.
Three. any other business
1. Due to the uncertainty of the epidemic situation, the epidemic prevention and control policies of cities (states) may be adjusted according to the changes of the epidemic situation. Therefore, candidates should pay close attention to the epidemic prevention and control policies of the city (state) where the test center is located before the test (see Annex 4 for a summary of epidemic prevention and control policies and test information release channels of each city and state) and the latest epidemic prevention notices and requirements of Hunan Education Examinations Institute, so as to avoid situations that cannot be referenced because they do not meet the local epidemic prevention policies. Candidates who fail to take the exam in violation of the requirements shall bear the responsibility.
2. Candidates who deliberately conceal their illness or report their fever history, travel history and contact history inaccurately, and who refuse to cooperate with the epidemic prevention and control work during the examination, will be handed over to the relevant departments for serious treatment in accordance with the Law on Public Security Administration Punishment, the Law on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases and the Opinions on Punishing Crimes that Hinder the Prevention and Control of novel coronavirus according to Law.
3. Relevant information, notices and requirements related to the examination will be published in Hunan Admissions Examination Information Port (/hnxxg/) and Hunan Admissions WeChat official account as soon as possible, so candidates are requested to pay close attention.
