How time flies! It's been a year since I decided to prepare for the postgraduate entrance examination. Looking back on this year, I got a lot of help from many people, but I didn't miss many detours, so I want to share my experience in preparing for the exam this year. It would be my great honor if I could help.
I majored in law at Tianjin University, and my preliminary test results this year are: 68 points in politics; 78 points in English; Professional course volume 1 133 points; Professional course volume 2 1 18 points; Re-examination score: 80.59 points, admitted by the Intellectual Property Department of South China University of Technology.
One, one's deceased father grind choose school, major.
South China University of Technology, as one of the four departments of the traditional five colleges, has a long tradition of teaching politics and law. With the blessing of 2 1 1 policy, it has developed rapidly. In the current upsurge of "double-first-class" construction, it has successfully become one of the six first-class discipline construction institutions in China (the other six are Peking University, Tsinghua, National People's Congress, Zhongzheng University and Wuhan University), and the future development potential of law is huge. In terms of employment, the double first-class policy has shown great advantages in the selection of provincial posts, the examination of civil servants and the recruitment of state-owned enterprises.
At the same time, under the leadership of Professor Wu, intellectual property law has become an institution with important influence in the country. Intellectual property research center has a strong academic atmosphere and a large number of professors, which can provide high-quality academic research and internship opportunities. The Intellectual Property Research Center of South China University of Technology plays an important role in the formulation of national intellectual property policies and the construction of intellectual property legal system.
Two, South China University of Technology, intellectual property law graduate analysis
In recent years, the popularity of applying for the major of intellectual property law has been rising. In the past 20 years, the number of people exempted from the examination in the center has reached 8, and the number of people enrolled in the unified examination has reached 34. However, in 2 1 year, the number of students exempted from the senior high school entrance examination rose to 2 1, and the number of students enrolled in the unified examination was only 2 1. In the past 22 years, the number of students exempted from the examination in this center has further increased to 2 1 person, and only 15 students have been recruited for the unified examination. It can be seen that the intellectual property specialty is becoming increasingly hot. Under the constant competitive pressure of students who are exempt from the examination, the number of applicants for the unified examination shows a significant downward trend, and the difficulty of registering candidates for the unified examination is also rising.
However, the admission scores of intellectual property majors are obviously related to the number of admission places. From 358 points in 20 years to 364 points in 2 1 year and then to 374 points in 22 years, the score has increased greatly, reflecting the increasingly fierce competitive environment and the serious involution of candidates. With the diversification of professional thesis examination forms, the increasingly sharp examination angle and the deepening of examination level, the rising scores reflect the continuous improvement of candidates' quality.
However, the enrollment ratio of intellectual property rights has not decreased because of the decrease of enrollment and the increase of admission scores, but has been rising, from 1.9 in 20 years to1:16 in 2 years (the enrollment data for 22 years has not been published). At present, the major of intellectual property law has become the law major with the highest enrollment ratio in your Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, which shows competition.
At the same time, with the replacement of new and old teachers, some old professors began to stop recruiting graduate students, and new teachers gradually began to recruit new graduate students. At present, the total number of recruits is still 42, which is expected to remain unchanged for a long time to come. ?
Third, the preparation strategy
(a) Review of professional courses
The specialized courses of intellectual property law in South China University of Technology include legal basis (6 16) and intellectual property law (833). The preliminary bibliography of Intellectual Property Law (833) of South China University of Technology is as follows:
1, Intellectual Property Law, Key Textbook of Marxist Theoretical Research and Construction Engineering, edited by Intellectual Property Law, Higher Education Press, August 20 19;
2. Intellectual Property Law (7th Edition), edited by Wu, Peking University Publishing House, 20 19,10;
3. Intellectual Property Law, Wu Zhu, Law Press, 202 1.
The preliminary bibliography of the Basic Law (6 16) is as follows:
1, Jurisprudence, edited by Chen Baifeng, Law Press, 202 1 Edition;
2. Jurisprudence, edited by Zhang Wenxian, Higher Education Press, 2018;
3. An Introduction to the Constitution of China, edited by Liu Maolin, Peking University Publishing House, 2009;
4. General Theory of Law, edited by Wu, Peking University Publishing House, 20 18.
There are many reference books in South China University of Technology, involving many assessment contents, which are not easy to remember and easy to be confused when reviewing. But if you don't take notes well, it will be relatively difficult to learn. Therefore, before reviewing, I will teach you how to organize your notes so as to understand the knowledge points of the reference books.
(1) Catalogue method: First read through the catalogues of all reference books, have a preliminary understanding of the knowledge system, and understand the internal logical structure of books, and then study the contents of books in depth.
(2) Systematic method: Establish a framework for what you have learned, otherwise the knowledge will be complicated and easy to forget. It is best to close your eyes and a complete knowledge system will appear in front of you.
(3) questioning method: Summarize what you have learned into questions and write them out. The main title and subtitle of each chapter are good materials for selecting topics. Try to organize all the knowledge points into questions.
In order to prepare as fully as possible, my suggestions for preparation time are as follows:
March-July (foundation compaction stage)
Personally suggest that students with poor foundation lay a good foundation in the early stage. At this stage, the bibliography should be carefully checked. It is suggested to read more comprehensive textbooks and specialized textbooks as much as possible, and you can take notes at the same time. Because there is plenty of time at this stage, the psychological pressure is not great and the task is relatively easy. If you have spare capacity, you can suggest sorting out your knowledge framework at this stage, and taking notes is mainly to summarize the main contents. It is best to sort out the knowledge framework and write it down in a notebook, and at the same time, you can force yourself to sort out what you have learned. The process of taking notes can force you to sort out what you have learned and express it in your own language, which can effectively deepen your impression. Although the workload of sorting out knowledge points for the first time is very heavy, which may affect the review progress, it must be remembered that you should lay a good foundation for your first study and don't blindly pursue speed. After all, the first time should be based on stability and fineness.
August-10 month (topic real stage)
After the preparation of the previous stage, the first round of recitation begins, and this process is usually the most painful stage, not only remembering slowly, but also forgetting quickly. Forgetting your back is an essential process, so don't be hard on yourself. In the later stage, you will find that the previous efforts are still useful. In addition, you need to start practicing real questions. The function of real questions is to make us familiar with the questions and difficulties. It should be noted here that the notes we compiled in the basic stage are similar to book knowledge, mainly focusing on basic knowledge points. When you study this time, you can check and fill in the gaps in your notes for the first time, and write down any unfamiliar or important knowledge points. Pay attention to write down typical questions and wrong questions when you do them in the future. At this time, notes are a very convenient collection of knowledge, which can make our memory faster and more convenient. We can use notes to start the first round of recitation of law synthesis and professional courses.
1 1 month-before the exam (sprint model exam stage)
At this stage, we should continue to recite, start doing a lot of real questions, and recite the knowledge points of professional courses. The main function of this stage is to check for leaks and fill gaps. In addition, a sprint model test will be conducted to complete the real exercise within the specified time. At this time, after finishing the real questions, you should sort out your notes, check for leaks and fill gaps in combination with the real questions, and pay attention to writing down typical problems and mistakes. If you have spare capacity, you can start to summarize professional hotspots and teachers' related papers at this stage. Personally, at this stage, I can review my summary of some wrong questions, important knowledge points and key points in the previous stage. Only by learning the review methods can we gradually become our own review skills, which are invincible in the world.
(2) Political censorship
For politics, it is not recommended to prepare for the exam for too long. In the case of ensuring full review, try to reduce the retest time. Starting from the summer vacation, you can spend 1-2 hours reviewing the contents about Ma Yuan every day. After the summer vacation, we will start formal review, review Ma Yuan's content in the summer vacation, start the study of modern history, and practice chapter multiple-choice questions to ensure that the basic exercises can be successfully completed before the middle of 5438+ 10. Before the publication of "Xiao Si" and "Xiao Ba", we should finish the review and review about 2-3 times, and the daily review time should be controlled within 2.5 hours. After this time, the review efficiency is low and the cost performance is not high. After the publication of "Xiao Si" and "Xiao Ba", the censorship should be intensified, but the whole censorship time should not exceed 3.5 hours. Xiao Si and Xiao Ba should practice the multiple-choice questions at least three times to ensure that the options of each multiple-choice question are completely recognized. As for Xiao Si's multiple-choice questions, we should realize that any questions can be answered by ourselves.
(3) English review
English review should run through the whole process of postgraduate review. In the English review for postgraduate entrance examination, words occupy a crucial position. In the review process, we should fully ensure that the word 100% is solved. Therefore, the word recitation time should reach 2 hours every day, and the review time should be guaranteed while learning new words every day. Therefore, the Green Book or Red Book should be reviewed at least 20-30 times to achieve the goal of thorough mastery. While reviewing words, you should be able to practice real questions. The real questions of English for postgraduate entrance examination are the core of English review. Except that the real English questions in the last three years were simulated 1 month before the exam, the real English questions in other years should be reviewed as exercises. After reviewing the words every day, be sure to practice reading 1-2 hours. In the writing part, I will recite an English model essay every week from September, and it will take about 30 minutes to 1 hour to realize writing.
Fourth, the preparation experience
As the saying goes, no pains, no gains, a drop in the ocean. Specialized courses not only affect the initial test results, but also determine the retest results to a certain extent. Therefore, if you want to succeed, you need to be fully prepared, especially for cross-disciplinary or cross-school candidates. Because in the fierce competition for postgraduate entrance examination in Tsinghua, it is often the strength of specialized courses that determines the final result. Tsinghua's preparation for review is quite different from that of ordinary colleges and universities. Professional courses should be prepared correctly as early as possible, instead of mechanically copying online experience and taking fewer detours.
Verb (abbreviation of verb) matters needing attention
1, students who are interested in applying for the exam should start preparing as soon as possible, and strive to start studying comprehensive and professional courses in March or April.
2. The course inspection of intellectual property specialty in Tsinghua is flexible, and it is necessary to fully understand relevant knowledge points. If you have spare capacity, you'd better pay attention to the hot issues and teachers' papers in the past year.
3, reciting skills, reciting on the basis of understanding, rather than rote memorization, the process of taking notes can force yourself to sort out what you have learned, express it in your own language, and effectively deepen your impression.
Postgraduate entrance examination, we must stick to it, don't give up easily, and there will always be different gains from our efforts. Come on!
Six, about the second interview preparation
The main content of the second interview process is English and specialized courses, so it is discussed from two aspects.
(A) About English
English survey is relatively basic, mainly self-introduction and questions about self-introduction, which can be prepared in advance. Generally speaking, questions will be directed at self-introduction, so you can leave a message in the self-introduction for the teacher to ask questions, or you can prepare yourself in advance. General questions include hometown introduction, favorite sports, etc. , can be prepared in order.
(2) About specialized courses
The re-examination bibliography of intellectual property law major in South China University of Technology is as follows:
1, Civil Law (6th Edition) (up and down),,, Wang Yi, Cheng, Law Press, 2020, 10.
2. Intellectual Property Law, a key textbook for Marxist theoretical research and construction engineering, edited by Intellectual Property Law, Higher Education Press, August 20 19.
3. Intellectual Property Law (7th Edition), edited by Wu, Peking University Publishing House, 20 19, 10.
4. Intellectual Property Law, Wu Zhu, Law Press, 202 1.
Compared with the initial test, the overall content is reduced and the content of civil law is increased. However, the content of the civil law re-examination is generally relatively basic, focusing on basic theories and general principles, so don't review too deeply, just master the basic knowledge. In the second interview, the intellectual property law no longer only emphasizes the partial grasp of knowledge, but emphasizes the grasp of the overall framework. This paper examines the examination questions of "the connection and difference between copyright, patent right and trademark right", which reflects this investigation trend. Therefore, in the second interview, the review of intellectual property rights should focus more on the construction of the overall framework.
Verb (short for verb) message
Once you decide to take the postgraduate entrance examination, you will face many doubts. The choice of major, the choice of colleges and universities, and the analysis of your learning situation and expectations will make you feel confused and don't know what to do. Here I want to tell you, don't be afraid, in fact, every postgraduate is the same at the beginning, with a calm mind and overcoming anxiety.
I think the most important choice for postgraduate entrance examination is postgraduate entrance examination. A good start has laid a good foundation for our future study. I personally spent a lot of time choosing schools when I started preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination. Although it seemed like a waste of time at that time, I think it is worthwhile to look back now. Many people are too hasty or anxious at first, so they choose their majors and colleges at will, which leads to giving up in the middle of review for various reasons, which not only wastes time, but also wastes energy. The most important thing is that once you transfer to another school, you will feel afraid because of lack of time, which is not conducive to your study.
"Good wind sent me to Qingyun with its strength". I believe that after preparing for the exam in a down-to-earth, serious, comprehensive and meticulous manner, you will certainly achieve excellent results, and finally be admitted to the intellectual property law major of South China University of Technology and become a member of the Intellectual Property Research Center.
