Teachers' associate senior titles are equivalent to associate professors and associate departments. There are five levels of professional titles, from full senior professional titles to ranks, which are full senior teachers, senior teachers, first-class teachers, second-class teachers and third-class teachers in turn, corresponding to full senior, deputy senior, intermediate, assistant and rank. Teachers with senior titles in primary and secondary schools are deputy senior teachers, which is equivalent to the deputy department level.

Performance conditions of teachers' deputy senior titles

Cities and teachers have taught high-quality classes organized by municipal and above teaching and research departments, rural teachers have taught high-quality classes, demonstration classes or observation classes organized by municipal teaching and research departments, or have taught high-quality classes organized by county-level teaching and research departments and won the first prize. Generally speaking, urban teachers need more than the second prize, and rural teachers need the first prize at the county level.

This achievement mainly refers to the conclusion certificate of scientific research projects. The conclusion certificate of scientific research projects required by urban teachers is at the provincial level, and the conclusion certificate of rural teachers' subject projects is at the municipal level. It is specially indicated that teachers who are promoted to senior titles must be the top three in the subject projects, including the host.

Guiding community activities, social practice activities, developing and implementing school-based curriculum content, and achieving good results, being commended or organized to observe and study by the education administrative department at or above the municipal level, or being commended or organized to observe and study twice by the education administrative department at or above the county level, can also be regarded as the third performance condition.
