Both the qualification certificate of property manager and the qualification certificate of property project manager issued by the National Urban Construction Training Center need to be examined annually, that is, continuing education, and the property manager is once every three years.

Property managers need to take the property management certificate. Since 1999, China has implemented the system of holding certificates for property managers, and the post certificate of property managers is issued by the Ministry of Construction.
