Teaching, the essence of Ye Shengtao's educational thought, is to commemorate the100th anniversary of Ye Shengtao's birth without teaching Du Keqiang. Ye Shengtao is a famous educator, writer, publisher and social activist in China. Mr. Sheng Tao 19 12 started as a primary school teacher, and later served as a middle school teacher, a normal school teacher and a university professor.

Ye Shengtao was an outstanding educator in China in the 20th century. He has been engaged in education and teaching all his life for more than 70 years, and has experienced almost all the times of social change and the whole process of education reform in China in the 20th century. In addition, as a fighter, famous writer, publisher and social activist of the New Culture Movement, he has extremely rich and blended social practice and life accomplishment, thus forming his profound and distinctive educational thoughts.
